Enjoy delightful views, wood fires and experience a tranquil reboot at this unique coastal hideaway, offering both coastal and rural bushland appeal and boasting surprise visits from our unique native wildlife all year round, including koalas, wallabies, echidnas, black cockatoos, plus delightfully close encounters with adorable king parrots from spring to summer. And rest assured that when you do need to connect to the world at large, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and a 55 inch Smart TV with streaming services including Netflix is available (please log in with your accounts).

Bennett’s Beach House is presented and maintained by the owners to a high standard to make your stay a pleasant one from the moment you arrive.

*NEW to 2024* :- Bennett’s Beach House is NOW a ‘Serviced On Arrival’ property with all Bed Linen, Towels, Flannels, Bath Mats, Tea-Towels etc provided, plus a complimentary selection of single use toiletries, teas, coffees etc.

This home offers open plan Kitchen / Living / Dining. The exterior boasts wide verandahs’ on three sides, outdoor furniture, plus a four burner gas BBQ - ideal for the all-seasons holiday lifestyle and outdoor entertaining. The living area is equipped with island bench, 2 and 3 seater lounges, dining table for 8 and an atmospheric and cosy Jindara wood fire, with firewood provided all year round - and the fire set and ready for your arrival. Additional heating and cooling options also include a reverse cycle air-conditioner for the convenience of temperature control at the touch of a button. Three separate bedrooms, one bathroom with shower over bath-tub / spa, vanity & toilet. Separate shower room with handbasin. Separate Toilet. Laundry with washing machine & dryer.

This is a lovely place to stay

Stayed in July in middle of winter. Lovely outlook and no neighbours good access to beach, although not suited for swimming. A drive into town for supplies. House is well set out, heating is both reverse cycle and slow combustion heater. Kitchen facilities and equipment are excellent. Highly recommended.

Great for families

We had a great two week stay at Bennett's beach house. The house is very relaxed and spacious for two small families. Really well set out and very comfortable in both the cool and the hot weather. The kids loved playing out on the grassy lawns and through the 'magic' paths (which we're also lined with very ripe and delicious blackberries while we were there). Getting to the front beach is a bit hairy with small people having to walk along the side of Great Ocean Road for about 100m before exiting down to the bush track. The front beach is wild and beautiful and the kids adored exploring the rock pools. It's an easy drive to plenty of swim-friendly spots and actually really lovely and peaceful to be about to be staying out of the busyness of the more populated spots. We'd definitely be very happy to stay again. Thank you!

Relaxing getaway with spectacular views!

My husband and I had the best time at Bennett house. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. It is perfectly located in a private spot with ocean views and we sat with the crackling fire place and sliding door open to hear the beautiful waves. Despite the cool weather we had a wonderful time. Just perfect!

Fantastic, peaceful location and all you need in the house

Location is amazing, overlooking the water and getting the constant sound of the waves day and night. House has everything you could want, and really well looked after. Slight hiccup at the beginning with the key not being in the lockbox, but fortunately the caretaker was only a few mins away with another one. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly love to stay again!
