This tastefully renovated, retro beach house is located only 50m from the beach! Featuring superb panoramic views of the ocean overlooking Cape Patton, sweeping around to the Apollo Bay Harbour. Enjoy these ocean views from the long front deck, perfect in summer or from the comfort of the lounge room! With 3 fresh, bright bedrooms featuring ceiling fans and Nobo panel heaters along with reverse cycle heating and cooling in the lounge room, you will be comfortable all year round. The refurbished kitchen and back deck also offer views of the towering Otways Ranges. The large back and front yards also offer the perfect space to bring along your favourite family lawn game such as botcchi and croquet!

Whether you're a master chef, budding baker, or love socialising in the heart of the house, you'll love this newly renovated modern and contemporary kitchen. Stylish units, clean and crisp lines, superb storage solutions, and built-in appliances make it a comfortable and cool place to hang out. A simple white colour scheme creates a fresh and calming feeling, while a splash of vibrant blue from the back units adds depth. Two large windows with views of the garden below allow plenty of natural light to bounce off the sleek chrome microwave, oven, and double fridge/freezer. With an open-plan area and dining for eight peoples, it truly is a fantastic place to entertain or get culinary creative.

- Bathroom 1: Offering a separate shower and bath and vanity. Separate toilet is located off the bathroom.

- Parking for 3 cars on driveway, provision for small car or boat undercover. A larger boat could also be parked on the concrete loop driveway. There is a large amount of undercover space at ground level for all those essentials you wish to bring that make your holiday break that much more special. Really comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the colourful decor and finishings. We love to cook, so it was great to see a kitchen well equipped. The downstairs laundry and additional toilet & shower was also handy for a wash after the beach.

We loved the property, the view of the ocean was amazing. The house was spotless, beds and bedding comfortable. Kitchen was supplied well with crockery, glasses, and pantry of staples. We felt at home as soon as we got there. My only minor negative was having to pick up and drop the keys in Apollo Bay, maybe a key safe would be a better option. 9.9 out of 10 . Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous! Great views. A mix of old and renovated.

The property was exactly as advertised. The bedrooms have been renovated and have new bedding. The downfall is the kitchen - it's the original kitchen from the 60s (although equipped with stove, microwave etc). The place is so well equipped that there's no room in the kitchen cupboards for your own food etc. The decks are huge, the views are great and there's everything there that you need and more. We loved it!

We stayed in Casino Views in September 2019 with a group of 5 adults. The house is large, warm and comfortable with great views of the surf and only 30 seconds walk to the beach. The house is well setup with large comfortable beds and plenty of space inside and out.
