Welcome to your new beach vacation retreat where you can soak up the soak and relax on the deck with views of the beach.

Moondancer is a wonderful retreat for families with ample of space and lots to do.

The living area is a large and open with views out to the beach. The entry way has a game table, where you and your friends and family can gather and either play one of the games the owners have provided, or play one you have brought yourself. Located just to the side is the half bath, which is tucked under the stairs to the second level.

The living room has access to the deck where you can sit and relax watching the beautiful Surfside sunrises and sunsets with hot cup of coffee . Choose from Netflix or Amazon Prime for a relaxing night in with dinner and a movie. The dining room has a large custom made table which seats ten comfortably. There is a modern fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.

There are 4 bedrooms, the Main bedroom being downstairs with a King sized bed, beyond that there is a retreat, which is used as the 4th bedroom which has a pyramid bunk twin over full bed. The retreat can be closed off with sliding doors and has an alternate access from the door that is located off the dining room.

Next to the main bedroom is a full bath with access to a washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a Queen bed and TV. The second upstairs bedroom has two comfy queen beds and a twin. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

A picnic table and extra seating is located under the house as well as a Charcoal grill (new july 2023/ BBQ pit, Fire pit and outdoor hot/cold shower.

The fun doesn’t stop there we also have a built in sandpit for your little ones to play in or play a family game of bean bag toss.


Surfside is a low key, laid back beach town on the Gulf of Mexico where everyone is welcome and your invited to walk the sandy beach, fish on the Jetty, swim and surf in the Gulf. In the evenings visit one of the many restaurants for fresh seafood or grill your own on the grill provided.

Moondancer has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break away from it all. This beautiful second row home is just steps from the pedestrian beach and one block from Jetty park.

We market to families and groups of friends seeking to relax and enjoy the peace that only a true beach vacation can provide.
Our home is NOT available for parties or large crowds (including Prom/Graduation groups) .


Max guests the house sleeps 12 (10 Adults max) = max number of guests including day visitors (Adults & children) allowed on the property at any time. Pets allowed - 2 dog max with a.on refundable pet fee, no puppies under 1yr
Only registered guests allowed on the property. No Third party bookings, person booking needs to be staying for the duration of the stay. No Rv/campers as per city regulations.

Check in is 4pm - No Early Check in unless given prior approval

Hurricane/storm Policy - We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel for any reason travel insurance to protect you against the unexpected including Hurricane/storms and COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds or moving dates will be issued outside of our cancellation policy.

Please note surfside city water is not potable, It is safe to bathe in and for laundry. We do have a water dispenser with 5 gallon jugs which can be refilled at city hall. Your welcome to bring your own too

We are located near the Gulf in Texas which can be very humid. Bugs are to be expected (mosquitoes, ants and palmetto bugs) even though we do spray our home regularly.

Property has a Security camera ont he drive and on the side of the house that record with movment. There is also a Blink camera in the front door which also records audio/movement at all times
