Alquiler de vacaciones "NUEVO EN EL MERCADO", viva la vida en la playa en esta lujosa casa de vacaciones "FRENTE A LA PLAYA" ahora disponible, ideal para usted y un grupo numeroso con suficiente espacio para albergar hasta 15 personas junto a las hermosas playas de Hawai. Esta casa ha sido recientemente amueblada y decorada profesionalmente en su totalidad. Una hermosa sala de estar en la planta baja y una cubierta principal privada en la planta superior con vista al océano y 4 habitaciones distribuidas en más de 2800 pies cuadrados.
Sus son cuatro habitaciones. El primer dormitorio en el piso principal tiene una cama queen size. En la familia principal hay un mueble cama Murphy que es una cama tamaño queen. Arriba, en el segundo dormitorio hay una cama king size. En el tercer dormitorio que llamamos nuestra "habitación litera" tiene una cama queen size. Una cama matrimonial y dos camas individuales. En el dormitorio principal hay una cama king size y un sofá cama doble extraíble.
El patio trasero se conecta a una gran parte aislada de 220 pies de un parque que conduce directamente a la playa. La playa es generalmente tranquila y perfecta para nadar y bucear. Puedes caminar por la playa para encontrar grandes olas para surfear. Tendrás la cantidad perfecta de espacio para disfrutar de la compañía del otro por dentro y por fuera. Disfrute de aire acondicionado, televisión por cable y wifi en esta hermosa casa.
Sus minutos desde el Centro Cultural Polinesio, BYU Hawaii y el templo mormón. Un corto trayecto en coche a la famosa "Sunset Beach". Perfectamente ubicado en la costa norte de Oahu. A poca distancia de la tienda de comestibles y algunos restaurantes. Más tiendas y restaurantes a una milla y media de distancia.

Encontrarás un paquete y jugarás para tu pequeño en la casa junto con tablas de surf, sillas de playa, sombrillas, equipo de snorkel, juguetes de playa y un carro para llevarlo todo a la playa.

The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly how it was depicted. The amenities and supplies were excellent and even beyond what we expected. Both the owner and the local property manager were very accessible and responsive. The amazing sunrises were an added bonus! We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The house is very well equipped with everything you might need! The beds are comfortable. We loved being able to walk down to the beach right from the back door. The location was great to get to all the great north shore beaches.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family of 11 had a fabulous stay at your lovely home! The access to the beach was just walking out the back door, plenty of beach toys for grandkids and beach chairs for adults. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation

This is a perfect property for a large family. We had 14 of us and we all fit perfectly. Everything was very easy and the host/owner was available and very helpful when we needed extra blankets and sheets. I would totally stay here again!

Family hawaiian vacation

The house was beautiful and big for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Right by the beach and park. It was very clean. It is in an ok neighborhood but close to major attractions. We had an amazing time and very glad we rented this home.

Property was clean and beautiful

The property was really beautiful and it was so convenient to have the beach literally in your backyard. We had a family of 12 and the house had more than enough beds for us. Property had all the amenities and having 2 washers and dryers was awesome especially with a big family.

Laie oceanfront property

It was a lovely place to stay and we were very comfortable in the setting. An elderly parent was able to maneuver comfortably in the entire home. There is an attached home with other tenants but we found them to be quite and respectful.

Perfect for our family

This property was perfect for our family. Location is great. It is fully stocked. It’s just perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return. It is also very roomy and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable at all time. I highly recommend! And the owner was fast to respond if we needed him.

A great house for a Hawaiian country family vacation

A perfect location for a group looking for a spectacular beachfront property near the Northshore and away from the hustle of Honolulu. Booking, check-in/out, and communication with the property management was very smooth. The construction on the attached house next door posed no challenges and many of us forgot that was even a potential issue. This met our needs perfectly. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful location on north shore

We had a wonderful time. The home was right on the beach , a beautiful beach. No reason to find another one to hag out on. close to all of our activities. We all loved it. We so sad when our vacation was over.

Family Vacation

Everything we expected and more. First time to Hawaii and we picked the right spot! Right in the middle of everything. Great home home on the uncrowded beach and literally 10 minutes from everything you want to do and more than you can in a week. Home has everything you need and is well maintained . Our family of 9 had extra room with unused beds. If you get a chance you should stay in this place! We can't wait to come back.

Perfect home for 12!

My wife and I were just married 11/24/23 and this was our first trip as 1 big family. Combined we had 4 daughters, 1 son, 1 son in law, 3 grandsons and 1 possible daughter in law. The home was big enough for us all comfortably. The beach was amazing. It’s not a private beach but it might as well have been!!! Truly a perfect trip.

Great Location, Away from Everything

This location was awesome. Beautiful beaches, A Large house with room for everyone. The only issue I had with this rental is the owner did not disclose they were deconstruction the attached home. There were several mornings when they were doing construction(removing the roof) at 6 am. I am not sure I would have been as willing to stay at this location if I would have known.

Amazing House with Beach Access

The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. Joseph gave us all of the details in a binder at the house and recommendations for grocery stores and nearby hot spots. The house was amazing from top to bottom. From the kitchen to back porch, to all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two sets of washers and dryers was an amazing addition to, along with all of the beach snorkels, chairs, and towels provided. Overall, we loved our stay at the house and we will definitely be back. I recommend this house to anyone planning their stay on the island!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

Our family enjoyed our stay beyond expectations! It was my granddaughters’ high school graduation and family came from as far as the New England. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for the my large family. Everyone had comfortable sleeping accommodations. The children ranged in ages from 2 to 18 and all of them were happy with the space and free to just “Be”. I’d recommend this vacation home to anyone and would return myself. Once in a lifetime

This property was as described! The house is lovely (the stock of beach toys was great as well as room for family dining, it has TVs but none of us ever turned one on!), the beach is so close (you can see it and hear from the house), the view is glorious (extra pretty from the upstairs balcony), the information left in a handy book on the counter by the owner was great! Our family is actually 4 units now from 3 different regions and we had an awesome time together. We were blessed by Covid restrictions having been lifted by the time we were there, but between the house and the beach I think we would have had a great time, regardless!

Great location

This was our first visit to Hawaii. To be honest upon first finding the house (duplex) we were slightly concerned about neighborhood/location. But as we settled in and relaxed it was an amazing location. . Our kids met some local kids that lived next door. The college kids that lived in the other side of the duplex were quite as a mouse and very pleasant. The beach access was the best. Plenty of beach gear for adults and kids. We visited Honolulu and Waikiki beach a couple days we were on our trip. So glad we chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of that area. We spent most of our time on the west & north side of the island and there was more than enough to keep us busy. Would highly recommend this home! It was clean, well stocked and loved having 2 sets of washer/dryer. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

Laie property

This Beachfront getaway was a dream; absolutely beautiful setting - house and property. Two things I would like to first point out, the unit was immaculately clean, down to the couch being vacuumed and not even a dust bunny under the bed. Secondly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were higher quality with nice pillows (I was sleeping in the master but my other guests agreed). This is uncommon in most of our experiences. The house is comfortable, we had a party of 9 - ages 7 months to 65 YO and functionality was great with our hustle and bustle. The view from the master suite was breathtaking and sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning and reading at night was a highlight. The beach is calm for young children to swim, sand is soft, not rocky. Beach equipment provided. The area was safe. I say this because there is a public beach parking and beach shower out front. There wasn’t a lot of activity, we always felt there was good privacy. We received our check in instructions late which caused some anxiety. This could have been an email issue or miscommunication. We had them before we hit it ground from our flight.Every member of our party had a great time.

Amazing home, with room to roam :)

The title for this home and pictures are spot on and we were also welcomed with a wonderful gift basket. This home is well appointed and has wonderful views. It sits back from the ocean but you can see it in its glory and also benefit from the park area as a 'backyard' equipped with outdoor shower/rinse station. The owner has taken great steps to insure you'll have everything you'll need at your disposal. Including; new beach chairs/toys, towels, coffee, laundry detergent and more. Our family was extremely happy to have been able to spend our Christmas holiday here. Our kids even got to participate in an annual Christmas Eve tradition in which the area family community sets-up and runs a ginormous slip and slide for the kids to enjoy. We made many great memories and that was just one of the ones we'll never forget. The beach area seemed almost like our own private beach! There are some reefs making the snorkeling good and other sandy areas for a nice swim. Stores/restaurants are walk-able but would suggest walking the beach and cutting over as the traffic can be heavy. Please note though, the house is far enough off the road and there's another house in front of it so you can't hear the traffic. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were nice. Misleading, Unresponsive, and Unpleasant Stay - Not Worth the Price

Check-in process was terrible. Did not receive instructions and sent host multiple messages with no response. Over 2 hours past check-in time before I could reach host. Extremely frustrating start to our stay. Property's location also presented a challenge. Area has poor to no reception, making comms very difficult. Biggest disappointment was waking up each morning to loud construction noise from duplex next door. Listing did not mention that property is shared and neighboring duplex was undergoing major renovation. Nightly rate for this rental is exorbitant, especially considering it has apparent code and permitting violations. Washing machine and refer in garage were non-functional. Grill propane tank and backup tanks were empty. To make matters worse, the owner's response to a gathering of friends and family at the public beach park behind the property was both intrusive and unprofessional. Cameras posted around house and owner monitors activity. He sent property manager to rudely knock on front door and accuse us of having too many people at the house, even though they were not staying overnight. The owner's involvement was unnecessary and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized. Upon departure, called to thank the owner for letting us stay at his property, but his response was dismissive and ungrateful, reinforcing our negative impression of him. Strongly advise against staying here. Better options available in the area that offer a more transparent and enjoyable experience
