The top unit is not connected internally. There is a set of stairs next to the hot tub to access the top unit which has a king bedroom and a twin bed in an alcove off of the top unit living room. This listing is for both the top and bottom units.
-Only the bedrooms have ac. The 3 bedrooms have window ac units.
