Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Had worries with the warm weather and no AC but found the condo temp stayed very reasonable. All rooms have ceiling fans and each bedroom has an extra box Style fan. Beds were comfortable. Complex was quiet at night and everyone working around us very friendly. Would highly recommend this condo.

Comfy and convenient to everything

This unit is in a great location. Convenient to everything and lots to do. We enjoyed being able to walk around the lake and play Pickleball at the community courts. Plenty of parking. The carpets and rugs could use a good cleaning, but otherwise a satisfactory stay.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Updated, nicely decorated, beds and furniture were comfy. It has all the kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware and utensils you'll need and they're all in good shape. It is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. It's located right by the pool area, and parking was easy and plentiful.We really loved the location. We were there for a sports tournament and the kids loved all the things to do close by- swimming, pickleball, fishing, music, beach volleyball, and cornhole in the park. It was the perfect location for our big group to hang out and have lots of fun. It's easy to get to Beaver Creek or restaurants, and Avon was a great central location for us to get to the ball fields. It's our second summer here and definitely one of our favorite places!

Nicely appointed

Great location and nicely appointed. It’s on the 4th floor so it’s a bit of a hike unless you want to wait for the elevator. We went during summertime and rode bikes on the Gore Valley Trail from Avon to Vail. It was challenging but very doable and almost all downhill in the way back to Avon. About 10 miles each way. Avon has lots of food trucks, a lovely park, amphitheater and a lake. We were wishing we had brought our paddle boards. Outdoor pool was a nice warm temp at the condo and the hot tub was a delight after the bike ride! Great Mountain View’s and an outdoor patio to enjoy.

Bummer

We had an unfortunate experience. Check-in was 4pm - we arrived at 8:45pm to a downright filthy condo. The unit had not been turned over from the prior guests - which, in the face of COVID - and BEING CHARGED EXTRA for 'sanitation' - was a nightmare. We waited 30 minutes in the unit for the cleaning crew to arrive (they never did, but we were assured they were on their way), and eventually went to a hotel instead. Aside from the filth, the unit appeared as expected, per the pictures on the posting. The building itself could use some general upkeep.

Sub-par in my opinion

I never got an email for check-in information as promised and had to reach out to the property management company this host goes through to get that information on the day of my check-in which added stress for me. Then we arrived and the condo appeared as though it had been cleaned in about 20 minutes- dishes were dirty, floor had dog food and trash throughout the apartment, bathrooms had beard hair, long black hair, dust and debris all over them, toilets weren’t clean…etc. I know I got charged for a cleaning fee when I rented the property so it’s irritating that I had to show up to a dirty condo and clean it up myself so it was up to standard for myself and others staying with me. Condo has all amenities stated and the host themself did a wonderful job with supplies throughout the condo. Bring your own trash bags though. And they are serious about only two parking passes per reservation- the property management employee told me to go park our third car at the Walmart parking lot…

Very Nice

Very nice and spacious condo, nicely decorated and with everything you need for your stay. Beds comfortable. The shuttle to the gondolas is a plus and even if you miss it in the afternoon, it is only a 5-10 min walk. After the great skiing in Beaver Creek, we enjoyed the beautiful mountains view from the balcony.

Very Nice

Very nice and spacious condo, nicely decorated, with everything you need. Having the shuttle to drive you to the gondola is a plus and even if you miss it in the afternoon, it's only a 5-10 min walk. After skiing we enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains.

Perfect ski condo

Great location and amenities. The ski shuttle was great and never had to wait more than a few minutes for a ride to the gondola and/or back to the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleased with the Condo and we were sad to leave.

So much to like about the condo. First off, it was very clean and well stocked. So much thought put into amenities, we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and had quality sheets, pillows and warm comforters. We used the fireplace every day and we were well stocked with cut firewood. They had two main jacuzzis in our area, a heated pool and a steam room. The changing area to access was secure with a code needed to enter. The office staff was very helpful, the shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail was rapid and we did not have to wait any noticeable time. We had one minor issue that was promptly addressed by our main contact person despite the fact that it could have waited till after our stay. We will certainly use this same unit if we can get back in the next year or two...

Great Condo!

The condo was perfect! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It’s a great location for both Vail and Beavercreek skiing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!
