Hermosa remodelación contemporánea! Además de todos los muebles nuevos, televisores de pantalla plana y excelentes vistas al río. Excelente ubicación para los esquiadores de Beaver Creek o Vail. Disfrute de este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones / 3 baños con excelente acceso a la ciudad, restaurantes / tiendas en Avon. Al otro lado de la calle de Starbucks y la panadería Avon. Situado en la línea de autobús de la ciudad de Avon para llevarlo directamente a la base de Beaver Creek Resort. El complejo tiene una bañera de hidromasaje privada para disfrutar después de un día de esquí. Este condominio no decepcionará.

Gran plan de piso abierto. Un dormitorio con una cama queen y baño de 3/4 en el nivel principal. Hay un balcón en la sala de estar con una nueva barbacoa. En el nivel inferior tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama king y baño en suite más el tercer dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales y un baño completo con baño. Hay un W / D de tamaño completo en el nivel inferior más una cama extraíble adicional si es necesario en el rellano de la escalera. Está a un corto paseo de la bañera de hidromasaje en el lado este del edificio. Todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Calentador de agua a pedido para que todos tengan una ducha de agua caliente. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas partes más cable de Comcast e Internet para disfrutar. Condominio muy acogedor y confortable.

Ubicación
El complejo se encuentra justo en la línea de autobuses rojos de la ciudad de Avon. El autobús lo llevará directamente a la base del complejo BC. Desde allí puede tomar un autobús gratuito hasta el complejo. A menos de 10 minutos a pie de la góndola en Avon si lo prefiere.

Excellent property in a great location near the ski slopes. The condo was beautiful with large bedrooms and well appointed everything (from a really comfortable sofa to all the appliances and gadgets needed in the kitchen). The split level makes the condo feel even larger and there is a massive and high-end washer/dryer. Loved being able to look out over the river and easily get to the river path for a break from skiing.

Wonderful Condo for the Annual Family Ski Trip

Wow! Where to start with this amazing stay. Its a First Class property. We loved the location, the upscale decor, the over the top supplies, the beds, the view, the hot tub and so much more. What suprised us the most was the walkability - even in winter! This place is not cheap but a great value! We hope to return.

True Luxury Rental!

Every year my Husband and I take several vacations. I have stayed in dozens of vacation homes. I always try to book high end luxury rentals. This was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed. Not only was the condo beautiful, all the decor and furnishing were higher end. Everything you could possibly image you might need was there, above and beyond most rentals. Also, the owners and managers both were extremely accommodating and responsive. Next time we visit I hope it’s available so we can stay here again.

Great place.

So much good to say, and the pictures of the condition of the unit and the decorating are spot on. It is down a flight of stairs, but has a gorgeous view of the river. We had an issue with the fire place and it was fixed that same day, as was the pump problem we found with the hot tub. Thank you:). Everything we needed was there, and even more. However, there are some things we wished we had known, so to help future travelers we include the following: 1. If you plan to use the hot tub, there are two in the complex, and one is just off the end of the building containing this unit. Bring flip flops to wear, and be aware that it is two flights of stairs down to the nirvana of the hot tub. 2. Speaking of nirvana, unless something is done by the complex to change the way the water intake works (it is right at the water surface) you have to choose between having the jets off, or putting up with the loud sucking sounds as the intake pulls in a mixture of air and water every time you move. This is not the owner’s fault, and if you like your hot tub experience to give you flashbacks to the campfire scene in Blazing Saddles, then you will love it :) 3. It is way too far, dangerous and hilly to even think about walking to either the gondola or the main bus station, as the condo is east of the main four lane road. 4. Last, the condo is not served by the primary skier express bus line. It is served by the red line. Based on our experience, you will want to drive two minutes and park in the Elk Lot; and then catch the village express bus there. That will avoid the 30 minute tour of the outskirts of Avon that is required to come home on the red line after you switch to that bus at any of the various options available. Still a great unit, and we had a ball. Thanks

The Hot Tub was an HOA issue and was fixed within 24 hours. Stairs are simple and very easy overall. Never has been mentioned before. Fireplace has always worked. Our 12 stair walk down, lower unit, has two lovely outdoor balcony/seating areas. Upper units (also with stars) have only one. The sounds of the river outside the primary bedroom is simply wonderful. Canyon Run is a safe and convenient 6-8 minute walk to the Westin Riverfront Gondola that takes you right to Beaver Creek. Haven’t known of a renter who didn’t utilize this easier option with no need to get in a car to go skiing. Canyon Run’s location on the Eagle River is why we purchased here after looking for years.

Avon Condo on the Eagle River

I had the condo for a month (July/August). It was a great place and great location. Well appointed and very near Avon village. And the Eagle River is right out the back door. If you are into fishing, this is a great location. Kris and Delfina (the property managers) were very helpful and great to work with.

Beautiful Eagle River in your backyard

The set up of the condo looked a little different before we booked, but it is set up perfectly that each room has a great view of the river. Having the sound of the river when we opened the windows was so relaxing. Plus upscale bedding, towels , fully equipped kitchen and walking distance to cute town of Avon made this summer vacation a winner. Beautiful condo!

Beaver Creek condo

The condo was centrally located and in great condition. All the amenities provided were exactly as described. Our view of the Avon creek/river was very peaceful. Close to Starbucks and other eating options...even close enough to walk. Plenty of spices, oil and other basics were in the cabinets which made cooking at the condo much easier without having to buy absolutely everything. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Very easy to communicate via text or email. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

What a wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay in Avon and plan to return. This condo was way more than I expected. So beautiful, very spacious, very clean. The beds were some of the best I've slept on including my own. The kitchen is well stocked, and everything (and I do mean everything) is basically new. It is close to many restaurants, activities, stores and shops. We walked to the park for a picnic and stopped at the Westin for cocktails on the way back. There's also a local bakery and Starbucks within a block. The windows were open everyday and we loved listening to the river sounds day and night. TV's in every room was a plus. It looked like it would be close to the highway on the other side of river, but we never heard any road noise even when it was busy with traffic. The hot tub is very close to this condo, quiet and clean. I highly recommend this 3 BR condo. I hope we are able to return soon.
