Sealanes is a fully self contained walk-up unit offering comfortable, family-friendly accommodation for up to six guests - perfect for a relaxed coastal getaway.

The unit features three well - appointed bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the master and two single beds in both the second and third bedrooms, making it ideal for families and small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom also incorporates a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Please note the property features a shower-over-bath.

Stay comfortable year round with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge area, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Internet access is provided for your convenience.

Onsite guests can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool - perfect for cooling off or relaxing on those days you prefer to stay close to home.

Sealanes offers secure undercover parking, with a spacious garage large enough to accommodate two vehicles- Garage height is 2m. Allowing you to park your car with ease and explore the area on foot.

Bring your walking shoes

Partial sea views and undercover parking. Good amount of kitchen utensils and equipment with dishwasher. Very comfy lounge and good sized balcony. TV, HI-FI and WI-FI provided.Air conditioned lounge/living area, bedrooms do get quite hot but do have ceiling fans and windows.Unit directly below quite often noisy as it is a holiday rental also.The street is used as a shortcut for lots of traffic to avoid the main Kings Beach area, so it can be noisy and busy.Short walk to coastal walkway and Kings Beach. Main shopping requires a car, only small corner store locally.Coastal walkway can be accessed easily by foot and you can go right up to Shelley Beach one way or the other way right into Caloundra central. Bring good walking shoes with you.Shower is over a high sided bath, so not easily accessed. Stairs to unit are very narrow tread.A great unit if you have no mobility issues.

A Pleasant Apartment

This 3 bed unit had everything we required. Having stayed there twice before, we were welcomed to new upgrades in kitchen and newly painted walls. Lighting issues were promptly attended to by managers. Overall a clean spacious unit. Secure for young families. Close to park with flying fox - a highlight! Foreshore with playgrounds and cafes only a short walk away. Will be back.

We weren't happy at all the house was super hot couldn't sleep at night no air con ants everywhere the leather on the couches were coming off would peel off on to your legs . No outside photos and no wonder I would not have booked the place seeing the outside .

Thank you for your review, we do appreciate all forms of feedback. We just wanted to advise that the issues mentioned in your review have been resolved. New Furniture has been put in the property, making it a lot more modernised, it has been repainted and WiFi has been installed. We have also installed air-conditioning. Pest control is taken out annually so no trace of ants or insects should be present but sometimes due to many factors like the humidity or rain ants or small insects can appear. Unfortunately we cant do much about the outside of our building we manage as it is under the Body Corporate to decide to upgrade or paint. We do hope that do stay with us again in the future and we are sorry you did not have a comfortable stay. Regards Accom Caloundra
