The Space:

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. This well-appointed flat offers a breezy, open-plan layout with a cosy lounge, comfy corner sofa, and Smart TV for quiet evenings in. The dining table sits beside large windows, perfect for morning cuppas with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and condiments are all provided to get you started.



But the standout? The rooftop terrace. With far-reaching ocean views, outdoor seating, and a BBQ area, it’s the ideal spot to watch the waves roll in or enjoy a laid-back alfresco meal.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully styled for a restful stay, each offering a queen-size bed with crisp, hotel-quality linen, soft lighting and charming coastal touches, and blackout blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and mirrored cabinet, while a washing machine and dryer are available for guest use—handy for longer holidays. Garage parking is available for one car.

Please note: There are stairs required to access the apartment, and there is no lift.

Local bus services (routes 600, 605, and 607) are easily accessible, making it simple to get around the area.



A secure taxi rank operates in Caloundra on Friday and Saturday nights from 11pm to 5am, located on the corner of Minchinton Street and Bulcock Street.

Kindly be aware that the owner keeps some personal items stored in two locked cupboards within the property. These are not for guest use.
