Great place, close to everything!

Great place to stay for a couple of a small group/family. Owner was great to work with and prompt in communication. Place was clean and comfortable! Will use again when we are in SLC!

Beautiful and Clean. Great Location!

The place was clean and exactly as expected. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Capitol and Memory Grove Park. Short drives to Mormon Temple and other sites.

Good host and location

Shayne is a great host - very responsive anytime we had a question. The house is in a good location to get anywhere in the city quickly. The space is well decorated and clean.

LOCATION

I loved my stay here the house was well prepared and very clean my friends and I only stayed one night but I would definitely come again the location is so close to downtown it made our trip less stressful!

Great spot near downtown SLV

Delightful place to stay, as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet, modern. Very close to Capitol, Temple Square, and freeway access. Lee’s Market 3 blocks away is really convenient to grab picnic and dinner fixings. Host was friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

SLC Fun

This place was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Very clean and great amenities from keurig to quality towels and beds. We drove everywhere but location was convenient and quiet. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend! 5 stars for Salt Lake City too

Short SLC Stay

We had a very short stay in Salt Lake to tour the University of Utah campus-- GO UTES! The property was exactly as listed/pictured. Very clean, close to the campus and everything else in SLC. Great communication with host (quick response time for any questions you might have).

Nice place

The place was clean and well stocked. It was smaller than we realized but suited our needs fine. Pictures always make things look much bigger. But they were great to work with and the place was close to things in down town Salt lake.

SLC ski trip

My family and I visit Park city Utah every year. This year we opted to stay in Salt Lake City so we could experience some of the other ski resorts that are more remote. The location in downtown Salt Lake City was convenient to all of the slopes, the airport,restaurants,good coffee and groceries. Shayne checked in with us throughout our stay.

Beautiful finishes

This small apartment was perfect for my husband, son and I. Very clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and full of a wonderful attention to detail. Lots of thoughtful touches including teas, coffee, creamers, bottled water and a pitcher of ice water in the fridge.

Fresh, attractive and well appointed in every way!

What a lovely cozy, wonderful little place. These hosts think of absolutely everything. We felt pampered, safe, and so comfortable here. The space is exactly as it appears on the pics and pristine clean. The location is super convenient for downtown access as well as a quick drive up to U of U campus. Snap this place up if it is available.

Comfortable Home with all the extras

Joe and Heidi’s home is a comfortable stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home is a very nice place to end the day and is well equipped with all the thoughtful touches like cooking oil, spices, laundry pods, smart tvs etc. Just a short walk in the evening to the capital where you can enjoy the view of the landscape at sunset. The hosts are communicative and were kind enough to be flexible on my checkout time. Thank you for everything!

A Salt Lake Home for the Visitor

Shayne and Liz go over the top with cleanliness, design and comfort in this great 2 Bedroom. Set conveniently in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, the proximity to downtown and other SLC neighborhoods is shortly within reach. The new Blue Copper Coffee, a half block away, is a great perk (pun intended) to this stay. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone spending time in SLC, whether business or pleasure.

Quick business trip

My husband and I stayed in this cute rental for a few days. It is well designed and very clean. It was just the perfect place for a few days in SLC while my husband worked. The kitchen was well equiped for anything you might want to cook. There are also great little restaurants (for take-out) very close. Shayne was easy to get in contact with and very responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit for your get away!

Cute and cozy

Comfortable and clean. Would like to have more dishware as well as cutlery and glasses. An additional stool so all 5 of us could eat at the same table would have been nice. It is a little far to walk to downtown so a car is needed. Neighborhood is quiet.

Perfect apartment for SLC vacation

We loved this SLC apartment. It was in an older building so had charm and character. Was within walking distance to Capital Hill, shopping and Temple Square. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and appliances. They even had a blender for a morning smoothie. They also had handheld mixer, an instapot and a Keurig for coffee. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in SLC.

No more hotels in SLC

Wish I had found this property earlier. We’ve been coming to SLC for years now and have always stayed at hotels. Not anymore. This property is perfectly located, quiet neighborhood, easy to find and close to downtown. The owners keep the property immaculate and well apportioned. The owners were very responsive to questions and made the process simple from check in to check out. We’ll be back!

Cozy, clean and comfortable

The unit is as advertised. It was roomy enough for two, would be cozy for four, and crowded for any more. Shawn was incredibly quick to respond to a couple of issues we had. The unit was clean and does not look or feel "tired." The cooking and dining utensils, etc. were adequate. The location is quiet but convenient to downtown and the freeway.

Clean, comfortable communication

We stopped by for just one night. I had some technical difficulties with my phone or the app. Shane was patient and proactive. The apartment is very clean, very comfortable and they have thought about all the details about what you may need. This is the second time I have stayed at one of their properties. They are consistent! I recommend.

Great unit and great value

The property is just as described. The unit is very well maintained in a quiet older neighborhood below the capital. The capital and downtown are very close. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. Shayne was very easy to work with and followed up to make certain everything was well. Especially in this price range, you really could not do better. Just what we needed for a quick trip to SLC! Thanks!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The place was very quiet with exception to the dog staying next door who must have been left alone and was crying and whining. We felt bad for him! The beds are very soft. Our complaints - everything wreaked of fabric softener! We have allergies and are very sensitive. Also, the place smelled like bacon - bacon and fabric softener. And there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Lastly, I did not like having the ring camera at the door - I felt very watched. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place is tastefully decorated and comfortable and a very convenient location.
