Great spot near downtown SLV

Delightful place to stay, as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet, modern. Very close to Capitol, Temple Square, and freeway access. Lee’s Market 3 blocks away is really convenient to grab picnic and dinner fixings. Host was friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Home with all the extras

Joe and Heidi’s home is a comfortable stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home is a very nice place to end the day and is well equipped with all the thoughtful touches like cooking oil, spices, laundry pods, smart tvs etc. Just a short walk in the evening to the capital where you can enjoy the view of the landscape at sunset. The hosts are communicative and were kind enough to be flexible on my checkout time. Thank you for everything!

Short SLC Stay

We had a very short stay in Salt Lake to tour the University of Utah campus-- GO UTES! The property was exactly as listed/pictured. Very clean, close to the campus and everything else in SLC. Great communication with host (quick response time for any questions you might have).

Beautiful finishes

This small apartment was perfect for my husband, son and I. Very clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and full of a wonderful attention to detail. Lots of thoughtful touches including teas, coffee, creamers, bottled water and a pitcher of ice water in the fridge.

Fresh, attractive and well appointed in every way!

What a lovely cozy, wonderful little place. These hosts think of absolutely everything. We felt pampered, safe, and so comfortable here. A Salt Lake Home for the Visitor

Shayne and Liz go over the top with cleanliness, design and comfort in this great 2 Bedroom. Set conveniently in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, the proximity to downtown and other SLC neighborhoods is shortly within reach. The new Blue Copper Coffee, a half block away, is a great perk (pun intended) to this stay. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone spending time in SLC, whether business or pleasure.

Quick business trip

My husband and I stayed in this cute rental for a few days. It is well designed and very clean. It was just the perfect place for a few days in SLC while my husband worked. The kitchen was well equiped for anything you might want to cook. There are also great little restaurants (for take-out) very close. Shayne was easy to get in contact with and very responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit for your get away!

No more hotels in SLC

Wish I had found this property earlier. We’ve been coming to SLC for years now and have always stayed at hotels. Not anymore. This property is perfectly located, quiet neighborhood, easy to find and close to downtown. The owners keep the property immaculate and well apportioned. The owners were very responsive to questions and made the process simple from check in to check out. We’ll be back!

Cozy, clean and comfortable

The unit is as advertised. It was roomy enough for two, would be cozy for four, and crowded for any more. Shawn was incredibly quick to respond to a couple of issues we had. The unit was clean and does not look or feel "tired." The cooking and dining utensils, etc. were adequate. The location is quiet but convenient to downtown and the freeway.

Great unit and great value

The property is just as described. The unit is very well maintained in a quiet older neighborhood below the capital. The capital and downtown are very close. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. Shayne was very easy to work with and followed up to make certain everything was well. Think Joanna Gains with a Utah Flare

My first thought when I walked in was, “Oh, can I stay here forever?!” This property is beautiful, historic yet updated with a modern comfort in mind. The space flows beautiful and made us feel right at home. Every detail had been prepared for and thought about. Fully stocked kitchen really exceeding the normal for a short term rental. Coffee is my biggest disappointment when visiting Utah, but not this time. The fully stocked coffee and tea bar was a simple delight. The space feels livable yet luxurious, it’s easy to be comfortable in every single room. There is so much attention to little details in this space, like comfortable beds with high quality sheets, you’ll discover things like this through out. The ability to stream shows to the TVs in each room was a huge help to this momma trying to keep my sick children separated and resting. Do not hesitate to stay with Myer Enterprises, they have earned my returning business. I’ll check with them first for all future visits to SLC and I come here a lot!

Will definitely stay here again - LOVED IT!

This property was even better than expected. The photos don't do it justice, and I will definitely try to book again on future trips to SLC. Here are just a few of the great things to point out (some of which are expected, but some not and just greatly appreciated): --The property was available at check-in time as promised; --The property was easy to get into (door access code); --The property was very clean (I am a clean freak and a germaphobe, so this is very important to me); --I loved the way the unit was decorated and furnished (Chip and Joanna would be very proud); --The stackable washer and dryer were stocked with detergent and dryer sheets; --The Keurig machine came with lots of coffee options along with cream, Stevia, sugar, etc.; -2 bath robes were available in each of the 2 closets, which I greatly appreciated and have often wondered why other properties don't provide this incredibly useful luxury; --Extra blankets that were soft and comfortable were available in the living room for some comfy lounging on the sofa; --Extra pillows, sheets, towels were readily available; --Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and blow dryer available in the bathroom; --Both bedrooms and the living room were furnished with nice, large TVs with Netflix, etc.; --The property comes with a designated parking spot directly adjacent to the property (literally right outside the front door); --Everything was so close! A coffee shop just a short walk down the street, a barbershop right next door to the coffee shop that we also used, the Capitol and the mall were less than 5 minutes away by car, easy access to the highway, less than 20 minute drive to the airport, less than an hour drive to Park City and Deer Valley. --Great communication from Shayne, the property owner. Thank you Shayne for providing such a wonderful home base for our first ever visit to SLC! We look forward to staying with you again!

Cute and cozy

Comfortable and clean. Would like to have more dishware as well as cutlery and glasses. An additional stool so all 5 of us could eat at the same table would have been nice. It is a little far to walk to downtown so a car is needed. Neighborhood is quiet.

We visited SLC for the night so our son could see his girlfriends dorm at UofU and explore the city. The property is adorable! Perfect for two couples - close to downtown, UofU campus, 9th & 9th, etc. We highly recommend this spot and will be back for sure! Thank you for a great experience!
