Tämä ylellinen neljän makuuhuoneen, neljän ja puoli-kylpy mökki mahtuu jopa kymmenen vierasta mukavasti, king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, king-size-vuode yhdessä vierashuoneessa, queen-size-vuode kussakin ylimääräiset vierashuoneet sekä vuodesohva olohuoneessa.

Tämä mökki on osa Sailor-kokoelman Poikaa. Kaikki kyytiin! Merimiehen poika on täynnä bluesia ja ankkuroitu klassiseen merenkulkuun. Sandy-voiteet, valkoiset ja haalistuneet puupinnat viimeistelevät vesistöjen ja laivaston ja valkoisten raitojen roiskeita. Lounge, viipyä, tuulta. Mukavuus on tämän rento ilmeen kapteeni.

Kun olet saapunut tähän viihtyisään kolmikerroksiseen mökkiin, löydät eteisen, joka johtaa portaita vasemmalle ja makuuhuone oikealle. Makuuhuoneesta on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, joka lisää mukavuutta. Hallista alaspäin löydät vasemmalla olevan keitti��n, joka johtaa erilliseen ruokailutilaan sekä viihtyisään olohuoneeseen oikealla. Jäädytetty keitosvalmistaja löytyy täysin varustetusta keittiöstä, joka sisältää kaikki ruokailuvälineet, laitteet ja keittiövälineet, jotka tarvitaan luomaan lempiruokasi ja pakastetut juomat lomalla. Kerää ruokasalissa nauttia mukava perheen ateria, ehkä oman version allekirjoitus juustohampurilainen paratiisissa. Käynnistä jalkasi ylös ja rentoutua oleskelutilassa Margaritavillessa. On lisäksi vieras kylpyhuone käytävällä vasemmalla pesutupa, joka sisältää yhden turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi.

Ota portaat ylimmälle kerrokselle ja löydät lisäksi loft-alueen sekä neljännen makuuhuoneen ja suuren kylpyhuoneen, josta pääsee käytävällä. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on myös kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja suuri suihkukaappi. Astu ulos kahdesta kaksoisovesta ulkotilaan ja tarjoaa täydelliset näkymät ympäröivälle alueelle. Tyylikkäästä Ethan Allen-sisustuksesta, henkeäsalpaavista rauhoittavan rannan maisemista ja unohtumattomasta tunnelmasta lähtien, anna huolesi siirtyä pois 8035 Surf-kadulta.

Tervetuloa yksi-of-a-kind paeta aurinkoisessa Orlandossa. Lomakyläyhteisö, jonka innoittamana on rento Margaritaville-elämäntapa, joka on mestaristi suunniteltu olemaan uusi onnellinen paikka. The rental was spacious for 6 people. The first night we were there the neighbors two doors down decided to stay up all night drinking in their pool talking very loudly over their hot tub. That made it quite difficult to sleep since the majority of the bedrooms are on the backside of the house. We used the hot tub a few times and it was nice. All of the pools and hot tubs are close to each other so as long as everyone respects each other and doesn't scream & party all night...they are nice! The sheets had makeup on them so we weren't sure if they were dirty or just stained. There definitely is a lack of blankets for additional warmth and heaviness on the beds. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom was coming out of the wall. The door heights are crazy high. They are absolutely beautiful, but good luck trying to reach the bathrobe hooks to dry your swimsuits or hang your towels. There were no check out instructions except take out the trash. I had to call the front desk to see if we were supposed to come back to the front office to return our keys and checkout or just leave after taking out the trash. All and all we had a great trip. I think the home just needs a little attention to make it more of a clean and cozy experience. I do recommend some sort of security at night to enforce a curfew. These homes are way too close together for partying!

Be sure to be prepared

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nicely set up and very clean. When you are traveling from out of town you don't always bring certain items that you usually find in privately owned rentals. This is why we rent privately owned places because they are usually more cozy and stocked with items you don't normally bring on trips. There was a coffee pot but buying filters and coffee is not always possible especially when you have K cups with you since there was no details on the listing. These days even most hotels are moving to a keurig. We found out the first evening that there was no extra blankets or pillows anywhere in the house. You only get one set of towels for each person but for most people you need 2 bath towels to ensure each person enough dry towels. Having a pool and hot tub we found it challenging with the kids to have 1 towel per kid to use for the pool and showering. There was no cleaning products available to wipe down counters. We even had to buy salt & pepper. Most places that we have rented in the past the owners had a lot more items that are not brought when traveling. Having additional information on the setup for the cottage would have been helpful. We had to ask for help with the TV since the kids could not get the sign in to come up for NetFlix like the directions stated so the front desk person had to come to get it to work. Then the cottage was so cold and we could not get it to warm up. After calling the front desk we found out that even though there was a thermostat on each floor they did not run independently. You need to have each level at the same temperature to ensure it works correctly. The cooking utensils and pans were at the bare minimum making cooking not that easy. We ended up traveling home with a lot more than we went down with after our many trips to Target which is very close to the cottage.

Amazing 3 story villa

Cottage review

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and clean although the pool could have been cleaner. There was an abundance of sitting rooms and multiple big screen TVs. It was a short walk to the main resort area although we did opt to drive a couple of the days due to the heat. The appliances were all very nice as well. The reason we will not be back however is the safety of the actual unit. We contacted Ace Hospitality after the first day because the deadbolt on the front door was broken and the patio pool alarm delay button didn’t work (waking up our kids when we tried to use the outdoor area). We were told what I can only imagine was an excuse (that the fire department didn’t allow locks and that why they couldn’t be fixed) and that some units don’t have the delay button on the pool alarm activated (this despite clear instructions on the wall on how to use it). I have never stayed in a condo / hotel that didn’t have some sort of extra locking mechanism on the door (outside of the card key entry) and I will not be back to this unit or the cottages as a result as we did not feel safe.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a little early to the resort, hoping our cottage would be ready. When we went to the front desk, they said it was ready and gave us the keys. When we got to the house, there was confetti covering the bottom of the pool and was also floating on top. Someone had a birthday party and made a complete mess. It was in the grass in front of the cottage, as well. We called the front desk to have someone come out to clean the pool and were told they would have someone out shortly. After waiting for an hour and a half, we called back again and they sounded like they didn't want to be bothered, but would have someone there within 20-25 minutes. After about 15 minutes, they showed up to clean the pool. After cleaning it out for about 25 minutes, there was STILL confetti on the pool floor, they mostly skimmed what was floating on top. The first floor was very cramped and if you have more than 4 people in this house, prepare to sit on top of each other. This cottage also had the child pool door-open-buzzer that goes off when the sliding glass door is opened. We expected this, since we've stayed at several other cottages. This one however, you can't hold the button down to cancel it from going off before you walk out. It goes off the whole time the door is open, so, if you go out to the patio early in the morning, I'm sure the neighbors do not appreciate hearing the alarm, along with anyone that's still sleeping in this cottage. We also had to pick up a dead roach on arrival, and the AC on the top (3rd) floor was not blowing in the room vents, only in the loft area. We will not be coming back to this cottage, but haven't had bad experiences in the other times we've rented other cottages at M-ville.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in a 4 bedroom cottage. There was 8 of us and we all had our own space. It was so spacious, there was living areas with sofa beds on all floors. Very clean, short walk over the bridge to the main pool and bar. Only complaint is there are a lot of stairs and it gets tiresome but it wasn’t terrible. I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone looking to travel to the area

Great property for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checking/out was easy and fast and front desk was helpful with any issues or questions we had. This property was exactly as shown online with plenty of free parking out front. It was clean and had more than enough space for our family of six. Not much privacy in the backyard and it does get noisy out back with all the families enjoying their clean, heated pools. The patio door blinds are broken, they don’t fully close which doesn’t offer much privacy inside the family room at night. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals at home. The fridge filter needed changing (shows on door) so we just bought cases of water to be safe. Was nice to have the washer & dryer available for use however the dryer needs a proper lint clean out. We enjoyed walking to dinners and always felt safe throughout the property. Would highly recommend this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at the home and couldn’t believe the pool was filthy and there was dog feces around the hot tub. Thankfully they resort came and cleaned it quickly but not a good first impression. The location of the house to the amenities was to be desired. Over 1/2 a mile to the resort pool. For a 4br home that sleeps “10” we were right with 5 of us and there were only 7 total seats in the kitchen and island so not sure if you had 10 where they would eat. Living spaces were extremely small, 3 people in the living room max. Everyone else would have to stand in the kitchen. Overall not impressed with the resort or home. Unfortunately most likely wouldn’t go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Some things I'd like to recommend. Dish towelsPot holdersCurtain tie backs so we can see the switches hidden by the curtains. We didn't find the fan or pool light switches until our last day. We also had no clue there were pool towels in the tv stand. The pots are not great. So much food sticks to them. Better pots and pans and different sizes would be helpful for big families. The light outside was very very dull. Instructions on how to use the blue tooth speaker that is available would be great.Coffee filters or a basket for the coffee pot. Mayne even a better coffee pot because the lid kept coming off.The tv remotes weren't with the correct tvs so Maybe labeling them would be good. A broom and dust pan would be great. The fridge water dispenser/ice maker leaked as wellI would suggest bringing dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, extra sponges and dish towels as those are not provided. Dish soap as well. Pot holders since there are none. Saran wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags are not provided either. Extra garbage bags as well. Just trying to prepare people for what they should bring and what's not provided. We had a great stay at our house. The beds were so comfy even my 13 year old son was like I need this comforter lol. We will def come back.
