This homes have a HEATED private pool, and Heated spa for all reservations, no extra fee. The pool area is fully screened - only you and your group use the pool. The home is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” have online education, utilizing the high speed wifi.

Grocery stores provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants.

This 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom pool and spa home is located in EMERALD ISLAND RESORT, Kissimmee - A Premier sought after location for groups wishing to rent close to all the attractions - Disney is just 3 miles away - Ideal location for groups or families attending a conference at Gaylord Palms, ESPN wide world of sports, or the Orange County Convention Center.
EMERALD ISLAND OFFERS THE BEST OF RESORT LIVING - resort pool- resort spa - Pool side Tiki Bar ( with calendar posted events). Volley ball court - Tennis court - 2 kids play areas( one very close to the house) - Nature walk - club house with on site staff, games room, fitness center.

The property has an its own private south-west facing pool - a spa - large deck, all new patio furniture and the pool and spa is heated year round in your rate.
Four bedrooms accommodate couples, then we have 2 bedroom each with bunk beds that are broken down as single beds. Taking the count to 12 guests sleeping in bedrooms.
We can allow 2 children on the loft/Den sofas and there are two baby pack and play.
All bedrooms have Modern new flat screen TV’s. There is a large loft/den area with 3 seater and 2 seater sectional. All bedding and towels are provided.
The main living area has been furbished with a sectional sofa, large TV unit with flat screen AND GAME CONSOLE - FREE WIFI AND is open plan with high cathedral ceilings, plenty of light with a view of the pool thru 2 sets of sliding doors. (pool has child’s safety fence).
The kitchen is well stocked for all meal preparation, has an easy flow design with large central island accommodating 6 bar stools - great for the kids to snack at, or dine or do an activity - whilst you prepare meals. Drip coffee maker and Keurig.
There is a large separate formal dinging area that seats 8 and a second living area furnished with sofas - a nice area to relax and unwind, if some of your group needs some down time.
There is a 1/2 bathroom for all to use thru the day on this lower level.
The main master has a king bed is spacious and is ensuite. It is the only bedroom on the entry level - the bathroom has a walk in shower, corner tub, and vanity. The master walk in closet is spacious, if you wished to use it as a place for a crib/baby to sleep - that works well!

The stairway takes you to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft/den with sofas/tv etc. An open balcony allows you to look down on the central living area and kitchen.

The house has a large sized washer and dryer, under AC.

The garage is a games room - Table tennis, air hockey, and foosball table.

The drive way can take 4 cars, please pay attention to the resort parking rules posted by the gate entrance:)

Emerald Island Resort has a community club house available to all our guests- enjoy the resort pool and spa, tiki bar that is pool side, fitness center, video games room,and indoor meeting areas.

The TWO kids play area, one being close to the house and the other close to the resort pool, are popular, along with a volley ball court and tennis courts. There is a lovely woooded nature trail for a relaxed walk to start or end your day.

The resort has 24/7 security - gated with staff on site. The resort requires each vehicle to purchase an access card and they charge the guests $20 per vehicle. As a guest, you can choose to purchase the access card ahead of arrival or upon arrival at the club house.
