Located just 2 min from Vero’s best beach, 5 min from beach side shopping and restaurants, and 5 min from downtown art district and restaurants. Property is private with fenced yard. I have been told I did a great job decorating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The House was a great price for three bedrooms! It was very clean, nice sheets and towels and the beds were comfortable. The outside patio area was cute. Check in and check out were very easy, and the host was easy to contact, and always responded quickly. It was a lovely spot, close to the beach and downtown. It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation!

I loved staying here. From the moment i arrived he communicated with me. Property is pet friendly. Washer, dryer, kitchen, patio thar is very charming. Would definetly stay there again!

The place was amazing! I had everything we needed from the coffee to the beach, plus laundry! It was clean and comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our little pups. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Every single thing about this home for our stay was perfect. Pet friendly , comfortable beds, convenience of location to everything we needed or wanted to do. Everything that was supplied for our stay was also very accommodating for us which a lot of places do not supply. Being able to bring our dogs and enjoy the fenced in back yard with them was wonderful. Definitely will book this home again in the future for our travels to Florida.

Pleasant getaway

This was a very pleasant place for us to stay while we had a getaway weekend in Vero Beach. It was within a few minutes’ drive of everything we wanted to do. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Needed a pet-friendly and budget-friendly place with kitchen and parking on short notice, to visit sick family member on short notice for extended stay. Very quiet and private, nice neighborhood and neighbors. All appliances in good working condition, including fridge with ice maker and filtered water, and LARGE capacity washer and dryer. Would have loved to sit in fenced back yard and grilled or made a fire but it was so hot the week I was there. The AC worked great though! Bathtub/tile and window blinds could use update, but not horrible. Some cleanliness issues on arrival that host offered to take care of right away. Still 5 stars from me, this place is cute and a great value for one person let alone 3 or a family! So much better than a hotel room, and was able to feel very at home and relaxed during what could have been a much more stressful situation. Oh also there are bikes, boogie boards, etc, in the garage, driveway can fit 2 cars, and TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms plus living room. Just 1 mile to tons of shopping, grocery, restaurants, and gas. Highly recommend Chive restaurant! I will def stay here again, what a great find

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The host provided many amenities that made our stay so comfortable. It was very clean and comfortable. We have done many winter rentals and this was by far one of the best. Great host!

Basic, but fit our needs

This property was well located for our visit. Not fancy, but pet friendly (which was our priority). Fenced yard was great. It worked out well for us to be able to have our kids from Sebastian and Ft. Pierce meet us. Would book again.

Property location is fantastic for quick runs to store or food. Close to beach activities. House is clean! We did not cook, but used bowls and spoons for breakfast. Towels are well stocked. Laundry room is nice. Hangars provided in closets. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not our favorite. Chairs outside need some TLC and could be cleaned. We wanted to sit outside but didn’t want to clean chairs. House is quiet even though it is on the corner of the road. AC worked great. TV is an Roku but you must log into apps with your own account. Overall good value for your money and would book again. Did not take our dog with us this time but definitely would bring her next time.
