I believe this property was great for getting away to have a good rest between fair events. Very spacious, quiet, and has many amenities that someone could use for a more prolonged stay. We all enjoyed are quiet retreat here. However, if you are not good with stairs, this won't be exactly what you are looking for since the place is on the second floor.

Property was nice, it's an upstairs portion of a house with appropriate separation from the downstairs. Lots of seating in the living room which was great since there were 5 of us. Spencer was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Overall this was a perfect place to hang out with family while we were in town for a wedding.

House has lots of space and good amenities. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Linens in good repair. Kitchen is great - lots of space and everything you need for basic food prep. Living room couch is comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. Spencer is a very gracious host. Check in and check out were very easy.
