Good location for a stay if going to falls creek. Unfortunately received an angry call one morning from the host accusing us of switching off his wifi to turn his cameras off on purpose stating that we would only do so be up to no good and threatening to cancel the rest of our stay before hanging up abruptly. The reality is that we were supplied with a faulty extension cord and had to unplug the tv (which is apparently connected to the modem) to use a power board.

A tranquil little gem in a beautiful spot

We had the most amazing, back to nature experience at this property, a beautiful home in a marvellous location. This little gem was exactly what we needed to bring us back to a nature-filled long weekend away. The house was really clean and it had absolutely everything we needed plus more! Thank you for such great communication and such effortless check in. We loved it and we will be back !!

Family weekend

The property is clean and as described, in a nice location. In fact we chose it for the location and the outdoor fireplace. Furniture inside may need a refresh but not an issue. The communication with the host was perfect, Marcus is approachable and answers all queries promptly. Overall an ok stay. There was a bit of a smokey, stuffy smell about the house but that’s due to the indoor fireplace which we chose not to use for that reason. Overall a good house, some ppl may not be comfortable with the surveillance cameras outside the house. There was also some musty smell coming from the laundry mops, need to leave windows open at all times. No heaters in bedrooms, just electric blankets.

Week in Wandiligong

Beautiful large home, great views and location in Wandiligong close to pub, comfortable beds and best quality linen and bedding, loved the fireplaces, a very lovely relaxing stay.

Great location but….

We stayed at this property for a week. We enjoyed the property which was well presented, well located, with great views and a beautiful backyard deck and open fireplace outside. There were two bathrooms and only one bath mat and a hand towel were provided which wasn’t enough for a family of five. The only area of concern was that the owner was monitoring our movements in the driveway and in the front yard via outdoor security cameras. He told us this when when communicating via the app. This was discomforting as we had children and wanted a private stay.

Private country setting

Great property 5 mins from Bright. Kids enjoyed the pool table, adults enjoyed the fireplace. Nice quiet country setting where all you can hear is the river and wildlife.

Great location

Fabulously located house in beautiful Wandiligong. Overall the house was good, just some small details could have made the stay perfect but these were minor.

Lovely Getaway

Beautiful home in a lovely location. Warm and welcoming house with everything you need for a holiday. Loads of walks from the back yard and easy access to the bike path that goes all the way into town. A little way from the centre of Bright but on the same road to drop mountain bike riders to the shuttle service. The pool table was awesome to have and the outdoor fire a winner too,
