Viehättävä yhden makuuhuoneen järven puolella mökki lähellä korkeakouluja ja baseballia

Viihtyisä Adirondack-tyylinen mökki, jossa on oksainen mäntypaneeli olohuoneessa, mukava farkkusohva ja tuoli sekä täysikokoinen futon, joka sopii täydellisesti yhdelle. Adirondackin ruokailusetti 3 istuu järvellä sijaitsevan seinämaalauksen edessä. Makuuhuoneessa katedraalin katolla on queen-size-vuode, kattotuuletin ja laajat ikkunat järveltä. Cedar-paneelilla varustettu kylpyhuone suihkulla. Täydellinen keittiö, jossa liesi, uuni, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin. Useita kansia ja pergolan ruokailutila näkymä järvelle kaasugrilli. Järven rannalla oleva suuri kelluva telakka on täydellinen uinti, oleskelu ja kalastus. Etupihalla on runsaasti kukkia ja Koi-lampi. Rauhallinen, hiljainen ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä Interstate 88: sta ja Oneonta-keskustasta; 12 minuuttia Cooperstown All Star Villageen ja Cooperstown Dreams Parkiin ja 20 minuutin päässä Cooperstownista baseballin ja museoiden kanssa tutkittavaksi. Quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay while our son was at the Cooperstown baseball tournament. If you are a quiet family who enjoys the downtime then this is the place to stay. It reminded us of staying at your grandparents house! We fished on the dock (quick purchase of rods from Walmart), kayaked,, a enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lake house while in Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament. The home offered both beauty and tranquility, which was exactly what we needed during such a busy week. The only thing that could have made our stay even better would’ve been a washing machine on-site, but thankfully there was a laundromat not too far away that worked out just fine. The homeowners were incredibly accommodating and kind—we truly appreciated their hospitality!

Quiet, beautiful cottage overlooking picturesque lake.

What a beautiful location! The cottage is perfect for two or three, and it’s larger than you might imagine from the pictures. It is extremely well equipped and the owners are perfect hosts. Can’t wait to go back.

Charming Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at the property with our golden retriever (who LOVES the water). The property is connected to their home, but was very private and we didn't feel intrusive whatsoever. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a lux stay by the lake :)

Amazing stay!

We were there for our son’s Cooperstown baseball so we were busy but short time we were able to spend the time there it was just perfect for two of us. We were able to get out from the business and totally relaxed in the nature. Host were so welcomed and nice! We would recommend this cottage to anyone regardless with baseball or no baseball.

This cottage is right on the lake. The view is beautiful and there are several miles of walking/hiking/running trails right outside the front door. The hosts are responsive and welcoming. They live nearby but the place is very private.

Beautiful & Perfect!!

The owners are amazing, and the property was perfect. We enjoyed beautiful views of the lake, and relaxing outtings in the kyacks. Great location for going back and forth to Dreams Park to watch our son play baseball. We had our dog, Cooper, with us, and he enjoyed taking walks on the road and meeting all of the neighbor pups along the way. He also loved swimming in the lake with us too! The home was quiet, relaxing and we loved staying there. We had a wonderful experience.

Peaceful Lakeside Cottage

In town for baseball tournament at All Star Village. Happily our team did well - 6 games into playoffs! Sadly games took us away from this adorable cottage & peaceful lakeside setting. Not enough time here. Would definitely return to fish, swim, kayak, star gaze & relax. Hosts were lovely and available - but only when needed. Photos on VRBO are exactly what you will see.

Great hosts!

We had a lovely time at Jeff and Lizetta’s. The lake was a bit busier than we expected with boats and jet skis but during the week, it was quiet and peaceful. Jeff and Lisetta are wonderful hosts and kind kind people who take excellent care of their property. While we enjoyed our interactions with them, it’s important to know that they live next door. Again, this apartment is lovely and we’d definitely go back and we highly recommend it to folks who want a relaxing getaway.

Most beautiful and magical place

The house is very clean has everything you need and more. The owners are very friendly and help you in every way they can it was a pleasure to have met them and a privilege to share their home. The views from the house and the deck are stunning! The only bad thing is that my stay was too short. Lol definitely recommend for a couple a maybe 1 friend or a family member. Will definitely return!!!

Wonderful accommodations with beautiful views!

This property met all of our expectations and was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with hosts who were both friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed during parents weekend at SUNY Oneonta and this lovely cottage was a welcome alternative to a hotel or motel. The views from the bedroom and attached decks of Lake Goodyear are simply tremendous! The location of the property was also very convenient, approximately 15 minutes to Oneonta. Overall, extremely well done and highly recommended! Many thanks to our hosts!

Great Place

Very cozy spot with a lot of charm. Close to Cooperstown that had a lot of amenities. House is on a private drive with a beautiful small lake. We were offered the use of small paddle boats but didn’t use any. The option was nice though. Loved the photo book showcasing the progression of the house over the years. Note that this is adjoined to the owners main home via a breezeway. Some deck space is shared too. They met us with the key and took us through the property. A form of electronic check-in would be better to avoid having to coordinate arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for Coop Tourney

Loved the location… beautiful, peaceful, quiet lake setting. The owners were very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. It was a perfect cabin for me being on my own and would have been as well if my wife was able to join. Bed was comfortable and had a cozy family room to watch tv. The only downside was a very strong musty smell that the cabin had. It didn’t bother me that much, but was something that I noticed every time walking in the door. Most likely due to the setting? I loved being able to kayak around the lake or sit comfortably on the deck and dock to enjoy the view. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

The lake is beautiful and you are tucked away in the Country however so close to shopping and attractions. You can choose to be as busy or quiet as you need to be.

We are a small cozy intimate respite providing a place to recharge and relax for our guests. There is a Koi Pond and Perennial gardens greeting you on your way in to the front door and as you walk out the back you overlook Goodyear Lake. The stairs to the lake offer you three different place to sit/eat. Paddle to the Cove, stay in our Bay or travel up the Lake. It's up to you! Take several walks right from the front door and explore the trails along the railroad track, the lake roads OR hike the State Land across the lake.
