Why they chose this property
Area 120 sq.m. Two bedrooms (21 and 23 sq.m) with king size beds and spring mattresses. Living room (27.4sq.m) with reclining chairs and a flat screen TV. Separate kitchen with dining table and basic household amenities. Two full bathrooms with showers (one with bide). Heating and air conditioning. Lift, parking space in the basement.. Every room including kitchen has a balcony with beautiful views on old Tbilisi.
Apartment located on the 4th floor of the new 5-storey building. There are only 14 apartments in the building. Secure parking in the basement with remote controlled gate and lift to apartment.
