We absolutely loved this home and it is in a great spot for visiting downtown Fredericksburg. In fact, we were there to see the Christmas parade and it lined up on our street right in front of the house before the parade. The host was easy to work with and I would happily stay there again

Fun house, plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our guests. The location was perfect for heading to Main Street, the museum and the wineries. We were able to relax and enjoy time at the house, where it was quiet.

Cute Victorian with German influences, well supplied in kitchen. Plenty of space to visit and close to Main Street, but quiet and private. Great support from management team. Comfy beds...great getaway spot

This property was in a prime location - walkable to the main street and all the shopping and restaurants. The house is spacious and comfortable for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the multiple living rooms allowed our larger group to gather or spread out.

Great, comfy beds! Very big sitting area for us all to visit and drink coffee. Walking distance to down town. Our mom was celebrating her 74th birthday and she loved it!

Perfect Xmastime Getaway

A wonderful old house in the perfect location. We had a small mix of friends and family, adults and kids, and loved shopping and dining our way through downtown Fredericksburg just before Xmas. The park with all its lights is just a block away. Downtown shops and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk. Wonderful and comfortable house. We will be back!

Our group of moms came to stay. We loved the house. It was close walking distance to the town. The living room furniture was comfy to sit on and talk. The porch was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there just chatting. I'd stay here again! Thanks for making it really comfortable and homey.

Family fun!

This house worked pretty perfectly for a large multi-generational family visit. The 5 bedrooms gave everyone private sleeping space but there were plenty of common space to share and visit in. From breakfast and coffee around the dining table, to wine and cards under the Arbor, to chatting in the living room, the house was a perfect base for spending time in as well as making it easy to walk to shops/restaurants and only a short drive out to wineries/distilleries and other sites!

Lifelike Doll House

Precious house that slept 9 of us very comfortably. The house is old but has been taken great care of. It is decorated so cute. You feel like you are in a doll house. Bobbi was great and was very quick to respond if we texted her. The location is great too! We will be back. Thank you!
