BULLA LODGE offers two spacious lounge rooms with a Large Screen TV in each
(Netflix included) separate sun-room and an outdoor entertainment area.
The house is quite large, making it well suited for several couples, one or more families and/or business stays.

The property is fitted with floor heating throughout and central air conditioning.

The laundry room is fully equipped and includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board.

We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional fee.
Additional cots and chairs available upon request.

Bedding configuration includes: - Two King Beds, Two Queen Beds and Four single beds.
(two single beds per room).
The Master Bedroom with King bed includes an en-suite with separate shower and toilet, while the main bathroom has a shower and bath tub.
There is a second separate toilet.

Modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, extra-large fridge, dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights accommodation/cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights accommodation-cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.
