We had a great stay in Ascot Vale! The place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was very convenient to shops, cafes and public transport. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent accomodation in a delightful well equipped cottage. It is ideally located close to shops, cafes and public transport. My one reservation is that being on two levels the staircase is very poorly light at night and needs an improved automatic stair lighting system. It was also both a surprise and frustrating that no hair dryer was provided.

Lots of shops nearby, especially a gelato shop! Walk to our venue (showgrounds) was a bit longer than anticipated due to which entrance we had to use. The Cottage was beautiful, couldn't have asked for more!
