House in place, 5 minutes from the center of Itaipava. 3 suites, one being master. All with hydro massage, fireplace, TV and air conditioning. Swimming pool, sauna and barbecue. Large living room with fireplace. Varandas. Small dogs accepted. Very nice place. Very green. Cleaning Fee (Entry and Exit) R $ 150,00. Possibility of support for storage and kitchen (direct with housekeeper / daily R $ 120,00). We accept small dog.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
