Discover the retro charm of Bundilla 4, nestled in the heart of Jindabyne. Perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants, this property offers a nostalgic getaway with all the comforts of modern living.

Upon entering the property there are stairs that take you to a flat level apartment which features a spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area invites you to unwind. Soak up the sweeping lake and mountain views from the generous balcony, complete with an outdoor setting and BBQ – the ideal spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

After a day exploring the Snowy Mountains, relax in your private sauna, a luxury that sets Bundilla 4 apart. Or, curl up by the open fireplace in the colder months and enjoy the cosy, vintage-inspired ambience (please note, wood is not supplied). For added comfort year-round, a reverse-cycle air conditioner has been installed to service this area.

The apartment comfortably accommodates families or small groups, featuring a master bedroom with ensuite, a main bathroom, separate toilet, and internal laundry facilities. Kids will love the dedicated TV room, just off the main living area, giving everyone their own space to relax.

Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, a K-FEE coffee machine (pods not provided), and two off-street parking spaces.

Bundilla 4 is the perfect base for your alpine adventures – from skiing and snowboarding in winter to hiking, biking, fishing, and lake activities in the warmer months.

Great Family Holiday Spot

Property was wonderful surrounding area was amazing. A great place for both young kids and adults. Just need to remember to keep hitting the button to keep your rooms warm.

Very small space than in the advertised photos,

The hot water system is only working between certain time, when you want to have hot shower in the hot water system shutdown period, only can do it in the freezing cold conditions!!!!! the property management wasn’t communicating effectively, we returned the house keys just right after checking out to office, the reception had personally got the key, but some one else from the same office keep calling me during that day for the Keys. Overall the place was not in fresh clean conditions. And it’s old house too. Not recommended for the price you paid, I had been ski there over 20 years, it’s the worst one

Hi Lee, Im sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay at Bundilla 4. The Large Hot water service at Bundilla 4 is electric and is off peak. If all the water is used during the day the service heats up again overnight. We do have signage in the property to explain this. Our holiday team is always available to be contacted with any issues during your stay either on the office number, email or the 2 after hours contacts numbers provided to all guests in all email communications. Fabulous Family Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. The kitchen had everything we needed including a good sized fridge for self-catering a family of 5. Very efficient and helpful staff managing the property. Loved the fireplace and floor heating. Great view of Lake Jindabyne. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working and apparently awaiting parts - it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Also, the bunk beds were a bit creaky so that might affect a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, amenities and cleanliness of the unit

Loved the location, amenities and cleanliness of the unit although little tired and dated but added to the character and felt very homely. Fireplace smoked out the unit from time to time didnt seemed to draw propertly may need to be cleaned out and draw flap replaced in the chimney as it seemed to be missing. overall a lovely stay.

Relaxing by the lake

Our family truely enjoyed our week in this beautiful property. All the little touches make it feel like a home away from home and the views out over the lake are stunning. The in-floor heating was fantastic and the open fire was fantastic. Will definitely book again.
