Welcome to Manna Tree Farm!

This architecturally designed three bedroom property is set on 100 acres and features a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a slow combustion wood fire, WiFi, double glazed windows, under floor heating in Winter and a northerly aspect keeping the house warm and cosy.

Modern country living can be enjoyed with three spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one with a bath. Boasting two outside alfresco areas with a BBQ it is the ideal location to take in the surrounds while entertaining and spending time together. There are three undercover parking spaces and the yard is fully fenced.

Relax while the kids run around and experience the freedoms of country life while having the convenience of modern style and well-appointed accommodation. Manna Tree Farm is located just 10 minute drive from Jindabyne with the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo just a 40 minute drive away.

Whether you are coming to the Snowy Mountains to enjoy hiking, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking or water sports on Lake Jindabyne during summer or the delights of winter with skiing, snowboarding, snow play or backcountry adventures, this is the perfect accommodation from which to enjoy it all!

Manna Tree Farm can accommodate up to 6 guests and does not allow pets.

Sustainability practices include: Rainwater collected, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, towel reuse in place, walls and ceilings insulated, double glazed windows, solar panels, hydronic heating, green spaces on property.

Absolutely gorgeous country escape

From the moment we drove up the short dirt drive way and through the gates we felt a sense of home and calm. The house was perfectly positioned for a panoramic view of the snowy mountains. A family of kangaroo watched us whilst we sat out side in the warm sun . Plenty of space to explore and enough privacy for a family, friends and kids . A short drive into jindy town if you wished to eat out . Loved our stay and will be back asap

Picture perfect

Immaculate property in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular. Very warm and spacious. Minimalist decor. Very well equipped high quality kitchen. Peaceful setting. We loved seeing the local wildlife - lots of kangaroos. My only comment would be that I would normally expect a property of this calibre to have WiFi.

Loved the night sky

Found our holiday house very easily. Great instructions! Loved the house. Everything we needed was there! Far enough away from neighbours not to be worried by noise. Easy drive to different walks. The night sky was wonderful. Saw many satellites, shooting stars and tracked the southern Cross through the Milky Way and loved seeing the Constellation of Orion every night we were there. Only one little thing I would ask is that house outside be sprayed for spiders. I come from out west and know how they can pop up very quickly. Overall I would rate this place as a must do stay. Thank you for the cleanliness and the books that were available. I felt sad to leave.

Perfect setting

The property was just beautiful - the house, grounds and location were all wonderful. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything supplied that you could need for a truly relaxing holiday. The cows were gorgeous and friendly. We were very sad to leave Manna Tree Farm!

We have been coming to the snow for over 15 years now and this accommodation has been the best, by far! It is not often that the cleaning staff are acknowledged, so I would like to firstly express my sincere thanks to them for all their hard work. I believe the owners should be proud of the cleaning team as they have ensured that the property was perfectly clean in every area of the house, as well as the outdoor space. This is something that my family and I appreciate greatly and we will continue to book this accommodation in the future! The majestic landscapes were so picturesque and we absolutely loved the accommodation. It had everything that we needed and was furnished and looked after beautifully! Thank you once again for making our stay so positive, relaxing and memorable.

What an absolutely amazing property. Only 10 mins out of Jindy means its close to town and allows you to have a touch of privacy. We stayed here for a weekend snow trip and couldnt be happier with the residence. Immaculate, modern, very spacious and complete with amenities that make the stay enjoyable and easy. We will certainly be back!

A truely enjoyable experience

A huge thank you for an enjoyable experience at Manna Tree Farm. The house is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. The fireplace and floor heating kept us very cozy. The house has everything we needed and made our ski holiday a memorable one. Will definitely return.

Gorgeous house in farm setting

Beautiful home but very hard to find in the dark. Would be great if a light was left on so we could find the house and a sign off the main road would be helpful too. The house is as new and really enjoyed our short stay. Comfy beds and doonas. Only issue is the dishwasher was broken so had to wash by hand. Also would be good to have wifi. Nice a warm and toasty fireplace. Loved seeing the roos and cows each morning. Stunning views. Would be good to be able to leave the keys inside after our stay to avoid having to go back to Nuggets Crossing before our day at the snow.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times now and it never fails to impress! Space for the kids to run about outside and lovely home inside. Modern, warm and offering great views to the mountains. Great kitchen to cook family meals in and great fireplace to gather around at night. Looking forward to our next trip already.

Modern farm homestead boasting magnificent vistas

Our extended family arrived the day after Boxing Day and spent a wonderful 7 days here getting a taste of rural life. Even though it was Summertime, some nights it was still cold enough to light a fire and enjoy the ambience of the inbuilt wood-stove style fireplace featured in the wall of the huge open plan living/dining area. Wood was thoughtfully supplied, having been sorted by size and stored undercover on the adjacent porch, which is conveniently accessed through a sliding glass door. We couldn't fault the cleanliness, presentation and facilities inside the property. Great kitchen and bathrooms, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Comfortable lounges and beds and plenty of cupboard space throughout the house. The TV screen quality was good with adequate channel reception. The huge 3 vehicle carport was an added convenience and the house is safely fenced off from the 50-odd cattle roaming around the rest of property. The outside landscaping is not quite finished but this doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the property (watch out for the sprinklers when they turn on!). We had 3 very hot days during our stay which thankfully finished each evening with a cool breeze, so that we could open the windows and porch doors (all fitted with quality insect screens) to cool down the house before bedtime - the only ceiling fan fitted is in the master bedroom. We suggest that more ceiling fans be fitted in the other two bedrooms and the living/dining area to make it more comfortable during extended hot weather periods, particularly since the huge north facing double-double glazed windows cant be opened at all. A capsule coffee machine would also be a useful addition to the kitchen, given that it is a 15-minute drive into Jindabyne for espresso coffee!

My family and I loved Staying at Manna Tree Farm, the rural location offered amazing views and heaps of space for the kids to run around. The house is clean, modern and spacious. I couldn't fault anything during our stay. We will be back :)

Absolutely stunning house

Beautiful house in a picturesque location. Well thought out design with every comfort you could want. Although the landscaping wasn't yet completed, the view from the vast windows was amazing! Well worth the cost! The only one issue we had was the cleanliness of the house - dining and coffee tables with crumbs and cup marks on them, filthy BBQ and generally dirty crockery, kitchen draws (one with hairs and bits of food in it) .
