ベアレイク���すぐ上にあるこの完全に改造された家では、すべてが新しい!! ��入れの行き届いたパブリックアクセスビーチまで徒歩わずか3分。 家族での休暇、ミシガン湖のビーチ、ワールドクラスのゴルフ、スリーピングベアデューンズなどに車ですぐの理想的な場所です。

ホームには、2つの素晴らしいオ����プンリビングスペースがあります。 メインフロアのキッチン、ベアレイクを望む大きなデッキに続くダイニング。 居心地の良いメインレベルには、2つのベッドルームとランドリーが含まれています。 2階は素晴らしい第2のリビングエリアであり、別のレイクビューポーチを備えたウェットバーです。 さらに2つのベッドルームとフルバスが2階にあります。 家には中央の空気はありませんが、上階には「部屋���体」のACユニットがあります。

これは厳密にペットのいない家です。

ガスグリルが含まれており、外部のケトル/炭火グリルはレンタルに持ち込まないでください。

Golf weekend

Great golf trip for 6 friends to get together and have a great time. Close to great breakfast restaurant. Very nice and clean. Updated and plenty of room to relax.

Beautiful home near lake

Very clean & spacious. The photos gave a good description of the property! Only a block from lake. My family had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back.

Great house, great location

This well-appointed house was perfect for our multi-generation group. The beds were comfortable. The decks provided a great setting for morning coffee. The kitchen made meal prep easier. The layout meant there was space for multiple activities to be underway simultaneously. And, public access to Bear Lake was just minutes away on foot. We defniitely hope to rent this house again.

Our stay for Sleeping Bear Dunes and more

Just as described in listing! Clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor area. Underutilized large Jack and Jill bathroom for downstairs bedrooms- small shower and would have liked an area to set my toiletries. Did not need coins for laundry. Large area in basement to secure our bikes. We enjoyed our stay with family!

This home is not equipped with air conditioning, but we've found most guests don't need it with the excellent breeze coming through. Second time here

Our second time renting here and with additional friends we noticed a bit more. Number of areas needed cleaning, flies, dirty fan blades, etc… for the price it’d be nice if soaps, etc were provided as well as additional towels(vacationing and laundry don’t mix). Just seemed this time, having just spent 8 days in a rental with everything in Boyne City, the comparison for the price didn’t sit right.

Bear Lake House

My girlfriend and I brought her daughters to this house and we had a lot of fun! Everything about the booking process and the description of the house and surrounding area was easy and spot in. Very clean and plenty of space. All amenities made our stay relaxing - and if we needed something you could drive 2-3 minutes and get it. Definitely a lake view and not on the water, but we were ok with that. Spent time in Arcadia swimming in Lake Michigan and fishing in Arcadia Lake. Traverse City just 45 minutes away. Glad I was able to scrounge up kindling for the fire because the sprinklers keep the wood a bit wet! Overall we had a great time, though it was a little funny watching the neighbors mow their grass like 3 times in five days LOL. Thank you!!

Shhh.... great towns left behind.

We had an awesome time at the Bear Lake cottage. The property is all that it says and then some. So nice to step into a house that's NOT cluttered with, well clutter. The location worked out wonderfully as we drove to Beulah to bike the Betsie path from Beulah to Frankfort. We drove to Frankfort to enjoy the beach at Lake Michigan. We drove to Arcadia for lunch at the 19th hole. We drove to Manistee for shopping and lunch. We drove to Glen Arbor to bike the Glen Arbor to Empire trail and dined there. And when we weren't driving we were enjoying breakfast in the neighborhood and made use of the two wonderful pickleball courts up the street. Yes, please SHHHH..... this area is great, let the drivers make the drive to Charlevoix, Traverse City, Harbor Spring, Petoskey. THIS is the place to be without the crowds. THANKS

Great getaway

Beautiful Home in Bear Lake

Absolutely beautiful home in Bear Lake. We totally loved it. Super clean!!! Our only suggestion is to add a portable air conditioner downstairs too. But even with that, it would NOT stop us for renting it again. Loved it!!!

Overlook but no beach

Well appointed and clean property. Should be listed as sleeps 8 as couch is terrible. If you want beach access, look elsewhere as there is none here.

Thanks for the feedback Robert. Glad you found the house well appointed and clean. Sorry to hear about the couch, we hope you were able to use the new mattress topper included in the closet. As for the beach, unfortunately this house is not on the water and we try to make that clear in the marketing. The nearest beach access is small but beautifully maintained by the adjacent homeowner, just one lot west of Second Street on South Shore, or about a three minute walk, as listed in our advertisement. It is marked at the Street with posts on each side stating “Public Access”. Our guests with younger children have expressed their particular appreciation for the warm, shallow-entry beach and comfortable lawn for lounging and sunbathing. - C21 Boardwalk Vacation Rental Management

Suggestions

We had a wonderful stay. My only suggestions would be are to replace the sleeper sofa mattress. It was horrible! Give guests more towels than the one set allocated. Give a listing prior to their stay as to the main supplies. I bought more paper towels, bathroom tissue, coffee etc. when there was no need. Overall, our stay was great! Thank you.

Also, wanted to make sure you knew about the 'Guest Services' page we provide on our website, which breaks down what is provided and what guests should bring.
