Amazing location! A generous sized modern home ideal for one or more families within an easy walk to the town centre. Two lounges allow for families to spread out, relax and enjoy the extra space. It offers all the mod cons and is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings and quality mattresses. A perfect home away from home.

Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk
Bedroom 4: Single bunk set and single trundle
All linen and towels are provided, and all beds have quality mattresses.
KITCHEN & DINING
This property offers open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen features all modern appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and another fridge freezer in the garage. There is ample cookware for those families who prefer to prepare their own meals, and the dining room table is large enough to accommodate everyone.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
At the front of the house is a large lounge room with 3 settees, TV and a wood heater where you can all relax and catch up. At the rear of the house, off the dining area is a smaller lounge with 2 settees, TV and DVD player where you could put the kids to entertain themselves.

HEATING & COOLING
Ducted heating and cooling will keep you comfortable all year round and a wood heater in the front lounge for those chilly winter months.
Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Main bathroom: Shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Ensuite: Shower, vanity & toilet.
OUTSIDE
A lovely open yard for the kids to play and offering two undercover areas. A large outside setting and lovely big BBQ to seat the whole family. The upper rotunda has a smaller outside setting, a lovely place to relax during the day.
