Eagles Rise - casa de campo de diseño clásico

Esta casa de campo de diseño clásico, ubicada en un valle apartado y pintoresco a las afueras de Berry, se encuentra a solo 2 horas en coche de Sydney y a poca distancia en coche de la localidad de Berry, Gerroa, la playa de Seven Mile y el valle Kangaroo. Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas desde todas las habitaciones a lo largo de las verdes colinas que se extienden hacia el océano y hasta el acantilado. Eagles Rise es de nueva construcción para dormir 12 (8 adultos, 4 niños) y cuenta con un dormitorio principal con baño privado en el nivel principal, dos dormitorios con aire acondicionado que comparten un lujoso baño en la planta superior y una habitación con literas con 6 literas y un baño adicional en la planta baja.

Relájese en la elegante sala de estar alrededor de la chimenea de leña y disfrute de almuerzos y cenas largos alrededor de la mesa de comedor de roble de 12 asientos que mira hacia las puertas francesas y ofrece una vista increíble. En la planta baja hay una segunda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, DVD, libros, juegos y un amplio espacio para que jueguen los niños. La cocina gourmet está equipada con un horno eléctrico de 90 cm y una estufa de gas, microondas, lavaplatos, un montón de espacio de mesa para múltiples cocineros y todo lo que necesita para entretener. También hay una lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora.

Junto a la veranda envolvente hay una gran terraza al aire libre con barbacoa de gas, horno de pizza al horno de leña, mesa al aire libre para 12 personas y sala de estar alrededor de una mesa de café, todas con vista a la piscina. Con 7. 5 acres de campo para explorar, que incluyen una gran área plana para un juego de cricket o fútbol, ​​hay mucho espacio para que adultos y niños vaguen o simplemente se relajen en los hermosos alrededores..

Perfect getaway

We had a great time at Eagles Rise, didn’t want to leave!! House very spacious, well equipped, clean and private. Great views and only a short drive into Berry. Will definitely be back.

Relaxation at its best

We had the most amazing family getaway, the home was perfect in every way, the breathtaking views, the open living perfect for large family’s, the layout and ease of access to the outdoor areas made our stay so comfortable. Loved every moment and would come back without hesitation.

Amazing house perfect for a getaway

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Very clean and so much to do inside and outside of the house and is just a short drive to the town centre. Communication with the property manager was easy. We will definitely be back!

Weekend away

Everything thing was great but i feel there could be a few updates e.g new smart tv new coffee machine and maybe you could leave a box of dishwashing tablets instead of leaving only 6 single tabs and also there wasnt enough fire wood we had to into town and get more.

A pool with a view

The pool has view over the valley and it was fabulous to relax next to it while overlooking the beautiful scenery. The rooms were quite large and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook breakfasts/dinners. When not bothered to cook, we were able to order pizza from near-by Berry which was convenient.The only down side was the power cut-out due to a storm. Luckily the cupboards were stocked with torches. I celebrated a milestone birthday here and am already getting questions about when are we going back

Family celebration

We had a very pleasant weekend to celebrate a major birthday. The house is much as advertised and worked well for a family group. There were a few things that were broken or didn't work, nothing major. The bed in the Main Bedroom was very uncomfortable and disturbed our sleep. Not enough detail about crockery, cutlery and glassware so we brought a lot things that were not necessary. In fact the house is extremely well set up with crockery etc. Communication with the agent was patchy.

Magnificent location with a stunning view

This is the third time we have stayed at Eagles Rise and I enjoy it more each time we visit. Whilst it rained 4 of the 5 days it did not dampen the fun. A magnificent house and the photos do not do the view justice. Absolutely superb!! We also saw a wallaby and echidna which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing it with us; am not sure I would 😉. Will be back again.

A most stunning home

This beautiful home accommodated our family perfectly. Parents, grown children plus spouses and a baby. Plenty of room for everyone. We took full advantage of the wonderful facilities including the bbq and pizza oven. Just a shame it was too cool for swimming. The views are amazing. The house is beautifully presented with quality furnishings and linen and was spotless. Every device you could possibly need was on hand. The owners have clearly thought of everything. It is remote but still just a short drive to Berry if you have forgotten something. The best of all worlds

Great place

Everything as described and outlined, even better than pictures show. Wonderful place to truly get away from things. Beautiful location, everything in the house set up right. We were three families with four children under seven. The set up of the kids basically having their own floor worked perfectly.

Birthday Getaway

Eagles Rise is a property that feels like a welcoming home on a getaway. So glad to have found this place on Stayz on such a spontaneous and last minute plan for a family birthday. Everyone enjoyed how clean, modern yet also the vintage style that remained here to represent this historical town. Personally, the bedding was 5 star quality and I slept like a baby! We brought food to cook for 8 and there was no shortage of cookware/utensils available for use. The outdoor bonfire was a great area for bonding time and so so amazing for the cold nights. Our stay was exceptional and we all agree to return if only one downfall was improved - the pool heater was broken therefore we were unable to make the most of it during Winter. Thank you again!

Incredible location, so peaceful

The house is exactly as advertised. It is a gorgeous home, has all mod cons and is super spacious. Lovely sitting on verandah soaking up the view and spotting magnificent eagles!

Just brilliant!

This is an outstanding property. Even though we had very wet weather, we had the most wonderful time. For a family with three generations ranging from two to 62, this was a perfect location. All the young people loved their space downstairs while we all came together to play games and build Lego in the main living area. This was a restful time yet even the young ones did not get bored. Having Berry so close to just have a look around and purchase some new games was most helpful. We would have loved to explore more but this can wait until next time. The young ones also looked longingly at the pool but again, this can wait. The views to the escarpment and to the sea were stunning, particularly after the heavy rain when a waterfall could be seen cascading down into the valley. We can't wait to return and hopefully have better weather.

Elegant with views to die for!

We had a fantastic time at Eagle Rise with our family. The house is perfect to accommodate three generations, giving everyone enough space and privacy. The house, in addition to being extremely well appointed and clean, is more than a house, it is a home. The decoration is warm and inviting. It is elegant without being ostentatious. The views are to die for and after a long week-end we felt totally rejuvenated and we didnt want to leave. We would recommend this property 110%! Franoise February 2018

We didn't want to leave!

We spent a Ladies Weekend at Eagles Rise and did not want to leave. Though just a 10 minute drive from Berry, we felt we were truly away from everything. The moment we drove up the driveway and saw the splendid home at the top of the hill we knew we had found something special. The entrance level was out of character with the rest of the house (a tv/rumpus room) - though in fairness we were never using that space unless we were walking in or out of the house. Level one is where we spent all our time. Beautifully decorated, huge but cosy. The chairs/lounges were comfortable and conducive to hours of relaxing together and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire place, sharing, cheese platters / meals around the dining table, and chatting out on the sun drenched verandah looking out over the beautiful vista. The 3 queen rooms were just perfect for our group. Very comfortable beds/pilllows and crisp clean linens. The large bathrooms were beautiful and the lovely soaps and creams were a lovely touch. Basic provisions were amply provided throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Several good heaters and the fireplace ensured we never felt cold in the house. I would recommend you bring all the food and drink you require with you on day one, because though we planned to drive into Berry to tryout the local restaurants, we were always so reluctant to leave the house. We would not hesitate to book Eagles Rise again.
