Points North 12-75 is located on the 12th floor right in the heart of Coolangatta and boasts spectacular views over Coolangatta/ Greenmount beach and the hinterland.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms- master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and stunning ocean views. The second room offers 2 single beds, access to the main bathroom/ laundry and views over the hinterland. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort.

Utilise the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, or pop downstairs to experience the myriad of dining choices Coolangatta has to offer- all right on your doorstep!

Free Wi-Fi is included. Basement clearance is 2m and offers one secure car space.

Enjoy watching the sunrise over the beach from the balcony complete with comfortable furnishings. This is also the perfect place to whale watch in winter or enjoy all of the action of the Cooly Rocks On festival in June!

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Loved the view and location. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment making it easy to feed the family at the unit. My only negatives would be the bed mattresses and pillows. They definitely need a change, way too soft mattresses and lumpy pillows. Bonus of the visit - free whale watching! We could see whales breeching all day every day from our balcony, it was beautiful!

Second visit to Coolangatta and property

Having stayed at Points North Apartments last year (booked through wotif), this year was as expected (although booked through stayz). Apartment was clean with a great view over the beach. Despite the wet weather, we were eventually able to utilise the pool and spa. Great location right next to (over) supermarket and restaurants.

Awesome location right in the heart of Coolangatta. Apartment a bit dated & seriously needs new weather seals on windows & sliding glass door as the wind howled & squealed in everyday making it very hard to sleep! Master bed could do with a new mattress. Views are great & the security of the building is excellent. Facilities of apartment & building were very good.
