Colton was super responsive and friendly from the beginning, accommodating a weather-based need for an early check in, checking on us in person at the beginning of the stay, and quickly addressing a minor maintenance issue during the stay. We stayed in the property for a month and found it well stocked, well maintained, and quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed for a week, meeting New Year,and couldn't be happier !!!!! the house is very clean, the beds are super comfortable, TV has Netflix. The house is located across the Mercato plaza,which has great restaurants,shops,Whole Foods,and a movie theater with very comfortable sofas and you can order food while sitting . We loved that there was a hot tub and we enjoyed that the pictures of the house didn't lie, looked just like in real life. If we go back to Naples , we are definitely going to stay at this house 🏡

We had a great time with our young kids.

This place was great. Recently remodelled, the space was very nice. There was plenty of room for our family of four, plus Grandma. The shady, fenced in backyard was a nice feature with our two little kids. The location was very convenient, close to anything we wanted (beach, restaurants, groceries). Colton was very responsive to our questions as they came up, he really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this place, and would stay again if we return to the area.

Pleasant stay

A very comfortable house for four of us in an excellent location. A big plus was a fenced in back yard to contain our two small dogs. The only negative was the lack of a dining room table.

House as pictured

Close to Vanderbilt Beach. You can get bikes nearby and ride there. Back yard is cozier than pictured. Enjoyed the hot tub. House also has beach towels and beach chairs. The neighborhood is safe. Added bonus: you can walk to Mercato. It’s right across the street. Great communication with owner.

Not very user friendly at all the twin bedroom has no privacy the door is glass, the light switch to the bedroom is in the kitchen so others turn it off accidentally, There's no shelves or anything to set your stuff on in the master shower so it has to go in the floor. The wifi was so bad couldn't even use it. If you do rent this bring some movies we could only get 5 channels in the living room and the bedroom only has apple tv so basically you only have youtube the other 2 rooms have no tv. The thermostat is preset if you turn it down it autimatically goes back up we all ended up getting woke up due to being soaking wet with sweat. I was able to get them to overide it to manual which took care of it after our first night though. The jaccuzzi was broke but wasn't listed in the add as being under repairs and played a big factor on choosing it with no luck on getting reimbursed. There's a window in the primary shower that goes to the outside patio where everyone hangs out with no way to hang anything for privacy. The cheap wood laminate floors are falling apart and need redone. The furniture and appliances are very nice and the outside is beautiful . They did have basically everything you should need during your stay and did look to be very clean. But save your money and get a hotel much cheaper and user friendly and you'll probably get what you pay for and if not they will make it right atleast and compensate you for any repairs ect.

Dallas, we're sorry to hear your stay fell flat of your expectations. The house was built in the 1970s, and the homeowner has remodeled the interior. The flooring is an upgraded floating floor, and we can confirm it is not falling apart anywhere in the home. To fix the quirk with the light switch would mean to re-wire the electrical in the entire house, this would also include the cable as well, which would be an aggressive move when there is nothing wrong with it operationally. The heating and air are controlled by a modern Nest system that is pre-programmed for auto shut off if no one is home for an extended period. However, the owner had removed the program for you so you would have control. The bathroom window has a privacy glazing applied so that people can't see in or out. We're sorry if you still felt that it lacked privacy. As we understand, the owner had conversed with you regarding the hot tub and explained the rate had been discounted before you booked due to the repairs needed. The owner also had a repair company come the day you checked in to work diligently to have it working correctly as quickly as possible. The owners had not received this kind of feedback regarding the Wifi in the home before but hope any future guests will reach out while in residence so any issue can be addressed at the moment. The owners strive to provide exceptional guest experiences, and as evidenced by previous reviews, we're confident this home will continue to host many satisfied guests! best, the Evolve Team

We loved it! Location is great, house too.

We loved this hous and location! Very clean and renovated house. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and movie theatre . My wife daughter and I have been spending days on the beech or seeing attractions around Naples and only came back to house for night or rest and hot tube in the back yard was perfect to sit and enjoy the evening with glass of wine or drink. It was pleasure to meet Colton Murray owner of the house. Very Pleasant and kind yang man. Definitely will be back to this lovely home.

Lovely stay in Naples

We had a lovely stay in this house. It is in a very convenient location, minutes from the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby. The house was recently renovated, very clean, and has everything you need for a charming vacation. The beds in the two main bedrooms are comfortable. It does not have a big dining table for large families but we did not mind as we ate outside most of the time.
