Ideally located between great night life and day fun. Enjoy Vanderbilt beach that is close by and all the restaurants and night life that is walkable. The home is spacious with southern exposure and a large heated pool. The kids room sleeps 4, a bedroom with a queen and then a master suite with a king. There is also a queen pullout in the living room. All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room to relax. There is a huge kitchen for everyone to enjoy.

Stellar stay

My teens and I loved this gorgeous, spacious, perfect place! Pool was sparkling blue and comfortably warm. There were both sun and shade on the patio. We loved playing on the pool basketball hoop and floating on the provided floaties. There were tons of bikes of all sizes to choose from, and we enjoyed biking to the Mercato shops and grocery store. It was so easy and the neighborhood was very nice and safe. it was also very quiet at night. We came during spring break and we’re pleasantly surprised to not run into any rowdy, college kids! There were around five great restaurants with outdoor seating just a 10 minute walk from the house. There were even more restaurants in the area and we use DoorDash delivery. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and bright and air-conditioned with every helpful amenity provided from paper towel to tons of pool/beach towels. We made good use of the filtered water tap in the fridge. We didn’t use it, but there was also a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. It’s just all of these little things that add up to take the hassle out of vacationing. We had the best experience here. Josh was great to communicate with and provided. Easy to follow directions to check in and check out. Would definitely return!

Check in snafu

The property is great. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood. Close to good food, close to beaches. Loved having the pool and bikes. We did not get the entry info with the VRBO email, and we had trouble getting ahold of the host for a bit.

THE BEST HOME IN NAPLES!

It is the best property I have stayed in because it has exceeded my expectations. cleanliness, the number of things you have to enjoy the pool. the comfort of the rooms that we were even 8 adults, 2 babies and an infant. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I can guarantee you that the house is better than it appears in the photos. I am honestly going to repeat the following year or in the following months. 110% recommended!

Serenity and sunshine

The location is extremely peaceful and quiet! The entire neighborhood is so friendly and even though many folks have dogs, you really don’t hear anything. The pool is fantastic, not chlorine heavy, and even on a cool day it maintains perfect temperature. Josh is super communicative and the entire process was easy. We took our dog and he had the empty lot next door to run around. The house is close to the beach, Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods and Mercato. Definitely a keeper!

Spring Break

Highly recommend this place! It has everything you could ever need. Tons of bikes, pool floats, towels, bedding and more. The heated pool was amazing. The house is very spacious and nice. The owner Josh is super helpful and responds quick. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Naples again!
