When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Home away from home

Felt very cozy and right at home. It was quiet and the pool was located 10fr away, big winner for the kids. Highly recommend

Dirty, more to be desired.

Walls were dirty, covers on bed really old. Only 1 roll of tp, no extra trash bags or soap.

Nice, but not what we expected.

The unit was small & simple. It was enough for my partner, myself, & and our 2yr old. However, even though it states that it sleeps 4, there’s only 2 chairs in the kitchen for dining. Makes it difficult if you have more than 2 people to eat with. Also, some things seemed misleading w/what is stated in the listing & then assuming what the unit should/will have. It says it’s to come with a mini sized dish detergent, but yet the unit did not come w/a dish drying rack nor a dishwasher. I did not mind washing dishes, but we had to dry them on a towel. Not until our last day did they bring us a drying rack. Also, toward the end of the trip we decided to extend our stay by one day, and when we did, the receptionist never gave us a new key code that apparently was necessary. We therefore were unknowingly locked out of our unit for 6 hours, thankfully we got a hold of the office just in time before they closed for the day, in order to receive the new key code (we stood in 90 degrees waiting for 30 mins). Also, they were very stingy & rude about giving towels for the pool/unit. It never stated that there was not a washer/dryer on premises. We assumed that if the unit did not have a washer/dryer that it’d be on the premises, but was not. lI had booked (& pre-paid) my partner a golf outing & the Sea Trail golf company treated him horribly. Told him that he never paid & that he already used his tee-time (which was untrue). He even showed them his bank receipt to prove it. Humiliating.

Excellent communication even after hours

When we arrived we discovered we had made an error in our booking date and though it was after hours they helped us resolve it immediately. They accommodated us and did everything they could to resolve our issues. We were so tired from a long day of traveling with little kids that we were at the end of our rope emotionally so I can’t tell you how grateful we were for the easy communication. The condo was beautiful and clean and comfortable and easy to access all we came for. The beaches nearby are gorgeous. There’s great restaurants and fun souvenir spots. Our favorite breakfast nearby was called milk and honey. Awesome spots! Kids loved it. Plenty of room to stretch out. A hotel would have been such a lesser experience.

Needs cleaning and updating.

Needs updated. Beds are awful!!! Coverings bad. Bathroom mold and mildew. Dirty tub. Just very dated and was dirty. You can hear everything above you.

Great place to stay but very small kitchen

We had a great stay. I guess I didn't read the listing close enough to realize that the condo was one room divided by a half wall. The small kitchen included an electric eye, frying pan, small fridge and microwave. I missed that description bit probably because I had stayed at SeaTrails,before so thought I knew what to expect. The,mini-suite ended,up being,perfect for,my daughter and I.

Reunion Stay

We lived at Sunset Beach for 10 years and had to move two years ago. We very much wanted to come down from Burlington to see our old golfing friends and neighbors. We are quite elderly and have been in virtual lock down for over a year. This was our first outing. Sea Trails has always been one of our favorite golfing resorts. A Lock Out room was with in our budget and we were pleased with it overall. There were a few draw backs. I think it best to stay in a Lock out for just one or two nights rather than four as we did. We were told that there was a full sized refrigerator and it was really a very small one. Although a dishwasher soap was left for us to use their is no dishwasher. Nonetheless, the room was very clean and pleasant. I wish there had been some hand towels in the bathroom and more than one dish towel but we made due. We had a wonderful time seeing our friends and playing golf nonetheless, so we thank you very much.

Perfect Get Away

The landscaping was Beautiful as well as views of golf course. I stayed in River Creek 2- 1403 and it was perfect. It was quiet ,clean, close to the beach and stores. The mini villa was well supplied. The only disappointment was the pools. The outside pool and hot tub were closed and indoor pool was more than full of other guests and it closed super early around 6. The staff was nice and I loved the no contact registration. I just left today and I'm already planning my next visit.

Perfect for a couple get away

We stayed last year but are returning this year to a different place on the golf course. Love the area and it’s convenient to everything! The only small issue we had was the upstairs neighbors. The rooms have hardwood so if you walk heavy you hear it and if you run it’s extremely loud haha. Other than that great stay. I’m a life long fan

Not up to standards

Upon entering the room it was evident that the beds were hastily made with dirty sheets. The room did not seem to be clean considering the COVID pandemic. The walls are very thin so you can hear everyone around you. One of the mattresses had a topper, and the other did not but needed one. It is close to the beach and management responded to our request to get new sheets quickly.

We really enjoy sea trail and the activity center.

Sea trail in a very nice place to stay. It is very close to the beach and shopping and the activity center is very nice.

Great service poor management

I booked for 5 weeks had to leave 3 weeks early due to international border closing due to coved 19 you refused to offer any compensation BAD Decision

A relaxing stay

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. The villa was refreshing, quaint, sparkling clean and lovely. Team members were very attentive.

Great rental, close to great beaches!

I’ve stayed in this rental twice, once on a girl’s trip, and once with my young family! Both times we had a great experience. The property is great, quiet, and relaxing! My husband loved the golf course and our toddlers had a great first experience at the ocean and pool! Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle beach are both super close and much quieter than Myrtle Beach. You have to drive to both, but parking was no problem (and free!). The condo was super clean, updated flooring, and the owners had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It’s not far from Myrtle Beach, or Calabash and we had plenty to do! We’d recommend Sunset Slush and Oyster Rock in Calabash! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation, this is the place to be!

Fun getaway with all the bells and whistles

Very cozy and warm feeling. Assesorized beach like . Very clean. Well maintained .Close to beach and many wonderful restaurants. Everything is stocked in condo to make an extended stay comfortable .
