I had a wonderful time at your cute little bungalow at the beach. It was well equipped for my needs; loved the big screen in the bedroomand the fine selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. So glad I had this excellent opportunity and I will spread the word!

A great place to rest and recover during our beach visit. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo felt bigger than it looked in the photos and the owner was responsive. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing!

It was nice to come back after a day out shopping or hanging out with family at the beach, it was very cozy and besides our first encounter with a palmetto, was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed every minute!

Efficient Condo in SB

My large family rents a house on the island every year and unfortunately I need to work some during vacation. I need a quite location for work and sometimes to sleep/shower before very early Zoom meetings. This condo is perfect for me. Internet is fast enough for virtual work. Pamela is great. She gives all the important information on time and otherwise leaves you to do your thing. A

Nice condo in great location ☀️

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Pamela & Micheal’s place. The condo was extremely cleaned and the hosts were terrific. Great area for golfing, beaching, and walking! I loved using the porch at dust, listening to the church bells. I highly recommend this getaway condo. You won’t regret it 😁

First Stay at Sea Trail Property

We have been coming to Sunset Beach since 1987 and was able to stay at my parents home right around the corner from Sea Trail. I always admired the property & played all 3 of the courses back in those earlier days. Now it has been 7 years that my parents have passed on, we have continued to come to Sunset Beach at least once a year enjoying the great sea food and may restaurant options nearby and into Myrtle Beach and the great island beach

The Wayside

Great place to stay. The owners are very helpful. Close to the beach and very close to everything you need. Calabash is only 5 to 7 min. Away and the restaurants there are excellent. The Planetarium is close by too. Very spacious unit and we loved the screened in porch. We will definitely be back.

Convenient, Quiet Retreat

An initial glitch was attended to by the property manager, upon it being brought to her attention. I might have enjoyed the pool, but I didn’t know if it was included in my stay. Overall, it was pleasant and met my need for convenience to Sunset Beach.

Unit was very clean. We are seniors and had a little trouble getting up on bed. Perhaps provide a little step stool: You will understand as you get older. Thank you for having us.

Very clean and well organized apartment in a secure and quiet complex. Lots of walking trails and Sunset Beach located just across the waterway. Great restaurants nearby in Calabash, The Grape Vine, The Seafood Hut, Tony's Pizza, and the Bagel Dock among our favorites. Also visit Lowe's Supermarket for "sip and shop". Apartment owners had addressed previous comments and now supply a sharp knife, a corkscrew, and a hot plate for cooking. We were there during peak season, and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location, but also the nearby beach attractions. Would definitely revisit.

Great location but a few issues...

Upon entering the unit after 4 pm, the unit was not serviced. Texted the property manger and let him know the status of the unit. Had to return an hour later. Did receive a credit for the inconvenience. The online listing had a pool listed. I asked the property manger if we had access to the pool. The response was to go to the activity center for access to the pool. Went to the activity center and they would not give us pool access since we rented through Vrbo and not one of their agencies. Very misleading advertising.
