Denna obefläckade 3 nivåer golf hemifrån med uppvärmd pool har 4 sovrum och 4/12 bad kommer med 2 våningssäng rum och kan sova 15 personer.

När du går i detta hem, är du hälsad av exceptionella oupptäckta utsikt över gulfen. Den första våningen har en stor kock kök utrustat med fristående ismaskin, kustnära chic inredning formella matsal och en mysig familj / vardagsrum med öppen spis att samlas runt. På väg till 2: a våningen har du konstruerat trägolv som leder till en tvilling våningssäng, 2 fulla bad och två klyfta sida King sovrum som leder ut till andra våningen balkong. På 3: e våningen har du ytterligare två Gulf-sida King-sovrum, ett extra Drottning våningssäng rum, 2 fulla bad och 3: e våningen balkong för att njuta av soluppgångar och solnedgångar. Alla 4 sovrum har balkong mot golfen och utsikten är oändliga från alla 3 nivåer. Bilder här är bra illustration men gör inte rättvisa. Det finns så mycket skönhet och prakt i detta hem, det är ingen fråga varför HGTV ville visa upp detta hem i en av "Beach Hunter" -serien.

Family Vacation

The location of this property is great. Easy access to the beach and main roads. The property had everything we needed. The only thing we did miss was use of a grill at the home. There is a community grill, however, it was a little bit away so not real convenient, but we made it work. There were some issues with the doors leading to the upstairs balcony and the deck off of the living room that we notified the management company about so I am sure they will be fixed. We could not utilize them. The beach is a private beach right in front of the house with access to those staying at the property, so that was very nice. Overall, a great stay.

Family Destin trip

Nice home with great views. Owner responsive to needs. Had issue with cable tv but it is all resolved. Normally i wouldn't care but missed the All star game. Closet space in master is a need, a small dresser would help. Both closets are used as owners closet. We made if work though.

Dirty and misrepresented. Beware

A groups of family and friends rented this property, and were anxious to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately about an hour before check in, the property owner sent me a message saying the pool was not usable, due to lack of maintenance. When we arrived to the house, we saw a pool that was greener than the grass out front. The oder that was omitted from the pool made the back pool deck completely unusable. The homeowner was less than apologetic, and offered us the “opportunity” to use the public pools within the community, and said we could use the beach umbrella service, which consisted of a 6 ft umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Hardly enough for myself and the 11 others I was with. The homeowner claimed that the pool service company was working as hard as possible to get the pool cleaned up, but the service company told me they didn’t know how to even turn the pumps/filters on. They said it was all controlled by an app on the owners cell phone. Meanwhile the owner said she didn’t know anything about the app. 2.5 days of our 7 day vacation was spent with a green, unusable pool. For this inconvenience, we were offered a messily $200.00. The owner said to me “we offered the previous renters the same amount”, so this appears to be an ongoing issue with the pool/owners. We are now attempting to work with our credit card company and VRBO to get some resolution, as the homeowner is not open to any additional discussion about our issues or request for a credit. While the green algae filled pool was the most predominate issues, there were numerous other items that made this house seem like a college frat house rather than the “luxury” home they advertise. 1). Found sand in all of the bunk beds and a handful of the regular beds. Needed to wash all of the sheet before anyone could go to bed the first day. 2) Jets in the jacuzzi tub on the 2nd floor didn’t work. We found this, because after the kids were unable to use the pool, we figured they light have fun in the jacuzzi tub. 3) Numerous cockroaches spotted running across the kitchen/living room floors 4) Owner was unaware of the gate code needed to access the private beach. We ended up using the public beach further down the boardwalk. 5) No BBQ or Ice Maker as listed 6) 3rd floors “queen” bed is really just 2 twins pushed together 7) Bathroom fixtures ripped out of the drywall, and just hanging 8) Kitchen granite seams leaked into the drawers below Renter beware!!

Family Vacation

Very nice house. Pool a plus! Good location, within walking distance of some good restaurants. Host answered any concerns or questions we had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for large family trip!

We loved this property! The short walk to the beach, the pool, the space—all of it! We had some pool issues but we got quick responses from the property owner. There are a lot of stairs, but the views make it so worth it! We had a large family, and it was the perfect place to stay!
