Here you have 2 fantastic Villas with 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with 2 heated pools located in Puerto Aventuras on the golf course. 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk from world class marina and 20-25 restaurants, café's and shops.
2 identically villas, only difference is one has 6 bedrooms the other has 5 bedrooms. Both villas has a full kitchen with all you need, and seating for 4 people at the counter, dining room with seating for 10-12 people and a living room with a large screen TV and seating for around 10 people. Both villas has their own private, heated pool, with 2 levels to make it kids friendly, and still fun for adults. Both pools are temperatur controlled, so they can be heated at winter, and cooled at summer.

Great Villas on Golf course

The villas are huge with each room having a king bed and ensuite. The service from check-in to check-out was immaculate. Carlos was awesome in the whole process and Lorraine made time to stop by to make sure we had everything we needed. The house keeping was also a great help and made our stay feel like a hotel. Thank you again. Next time we are in Puerto Aventuras we will definitely come back.

We stay at two villas, and it was an amazing experience!

We traveled from FL, to celebrate my fathers 50th in Mexico. With family and friends a party of 25 people the property and host was so accommodating. The host helped us planned everything from dinner, transportation and activities. We had such an amazing time we are already planning our next trip and refuse to stay at anywhere else but these villas. The properties is beautiful well maintained with housekeeping daily. The homes were so beautiful we barely left. The owner of the property was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so much Lorraine, Lars and Carlos for an amazing stay and experience. Book this you will not regret it!!!

Excellent property

I never leave reviews, however, this property exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for luxury, this is it!!.The pictures do not show the beauty of the property. The art work throughout the house was amazing, like I was in a gallery. The furniture was beautiful! The pool, the garden!!!. There was daily maid service. The property is within a gated community and the actual property itself is gated. The property has amazing curb appeal with a wide array of tropical flowers. I would definitely recommend. Thanks for your graciousness Carlos!!!

Perfect Vacation For Large Family

Puerto Aventuras is a safe, gated community including shops, restaurants, a beach resort, dolphin and manatee pools, marinas, condos and villas. The beach is on a large bay with calm water and no surf. There is some snorkeling but also some algae and sea urchins so we did not spend a lot of time there. There are better places to go in the area for snorkeling and surf. These two villas are located an easy walk from everything, but golf carts were very helpful for efficient transportation. The villas are on a main road, back to the golf course and are almost a mirror image of each other with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family of 25. Between the two is the villa of the owner and manager, Carlos, who is delightful and responds immediately to any concern. We had a number of small problems such as spotty Wifi, lights that flickered or needed repair, dryers that conked out, but the important features were reliable and comfortable. We used the recommended tour company to take us to eco parks, cenotes, and Tulum where we toured the ruins and enjoyed the beach with surf. A pleasant surprise were the villas’ pools that offered hours of fun for kids of all ages, with shalllow and deeper areas, and plenty of lounging space for adults, Finally, Lorrraine and Lars, the rental agents, were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We give our experience an A++.

Family Vacation

We stayed in 4 of the their Villas with a full group of people. Everything from the cleaners to grounds keepers were great. Everything worked well and the owners were very helpful.

Both houses are great for family trips!

All the maintainance team and the property manager received us very good. The houses are beautiful, rooms are big with their own bathroom and all the kitchen and living room areas are big and comfortable. The neighboorhood is very quite and friendly to go for a run or walk. Great trip!
