195 Valley is one of the original homes in the Mount - full of character, and space. It is situated on the edge of Moa Park. A large open green space that you can play all the summer games in or stroll through and across Ocean beach road to the magnificent Mount Maunganui Beach. Turn the other direction and you can wander along Central Parade to a number of cafes, a bakery, a fruit and veg shop, a florist, a hairdresser, and the New World supermarket.
All-day sun soaks the spacious backyard and expansive deck.
Large newly renovated modern kitchen, lounge and dining space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, carport - this home is the perfect home for your holiday in the Mount.

Great spot to unwind and enjoy a break

Our family really enjoyed our stay - great access to the beach and amenities. The property is very comfortable and well equiped. We look for add to staying again!

Great Spot beside the park

This is a very nice place for a holiday. Lovely house beside the park. A short stroll to the beach.

Great location for a holiday house

House was comfortable and well equipped, kitchen is great to cook in it has everything you need. House has a lovely deck that is sheltered from the blistering sun. The location is good because it's out of the rat race of the mount itself, whilst being close enough to scoot or cycle in. We loved George cafe just 3mins walk away, and the beach there is phenomenal, clean with great waves for boogie boarding or surfing when we were there. In short a very happy stay in this house.
