Doc's Cottage is a neat and tidy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Holiday Home. It is located across the road from the beach, Harold Park, play ground and has magnificent ocean views. Wanting a seaside holiday without the hefty price tag, then this property is for you.

This quaint cottage is steeped in history and was relocated from Cottesloe to Lancelin and is over 100 years old. Features of this property include, wall air conditioning in main bedroom, ensuite to master bedroom with bath, dishwasher, fireplace and ocean views. Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset. This property is within walking distance to both the Lancelin Tavern and the Lancelin Beach Hotel.

This property has Wifi.
Pet Friendly-OUTSIDE ONLY- Fully fenced - ($250 Pet Bond Applicable).
Wood not supplied for fireplace. BYO.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

In order to address Coronavirus ( COVID-19) concerns this property receives a deep cleaning and disinfection after each stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very relaxing girls weekend, location was fantastic, great porch area to have a few drinks and nibbles while watching the world go by. Property is clean and well equipped, only downside was the room with the single beds, these definitely need to be replaced and also the 3 seater settee in the living room area. Weekend at Doc's Cottage

We had a great time staying at Doc's cottage, watching the sunset from the front porch and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Great location, fantastic local bakery and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a fabulous location. However unfortunately for us we were unaware that the annual dawn service was being held across the road. So, especially as the walls are not brick, it was a very early wake up on our holiday. Not what we were expecting or wanting. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed. The neighbours can also be a bit noisy.

This property is overdue for some maintenance. The ensuite tap was leaking and towel rail was broken off. Switch to fan in 3rd bedroom broken. A big sunken hole in the pavement that leads to the front door. We had a big water leak under the house that we reported straight away and nothing was done about it. Great location but needs some TLC

Great location! This place has so much potential with more upkeep (i.e lawn instead of sand in backyard). To be honest it’s all a bit run down. Aldo the front bedroom is also the only one with aircon so the others get quite warm.

The property was clean and in a great location, but it is an old house that is in desperate need of repair. Its tired, very tired and the gardens have not seen a gardener in a very long time. To say that it doesn't resemble the online photo's is an absolute understatement.

Couldn’t get better than sitting on the front verandah in the sun , taking in the view while sipping a Prosecco. New, functioning toilet in the bathroom was plus too! .
