The common spaces are great to interact in as a family. The home was clean and well supplied for our long weekend stay. The location is convenient to Timberline. The lot was beautiful and private.

Great vacation rental in a beautiful area

beautiful area with great hiking and good restaurants; property was as listed (perfect location, lots of room, clean, private with no other houses nearby). great location and vacation rental for a family get together. We loved the towns nearby - Davis and Thomas.

It looked like it was recently remodeled with new flooring, carpet and a gorgeous kitchen.

It looked like it was recently remodeled with new flooring, carpet and a gorgeous kitchen. We loved the living area with comfortable seating, tv and beautiful fireplace. The outside looked really nice unfortunately it rained a lot when we were there so we didn't get a chance to go out much. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The house has had great renovations downstairs, which we really enjoyed.

The house has had great renovations downstairs, which we really enjoyed. New well stocked kitchen, new floors throughout downstairs, enjoyed hot tub, comfy furniture and new deck. Fireplace was very nice, and the cable TV. The entire house was very clean. I'm sure this is a work in progress and appreciate what has already been renovated. We did so enjoy seeing the deer come to the pond that was near the deck, and also enjoyed the bubbling stream. It was nice to have dogs allowed to stay at the house. As always, appreciate,Becky's efficient and friendly service.

Disappointed

This manager expected me to drive in weather conditions on a Friday night of which clearly stated an emergency warning NOT to drive. They refused to do partial requirements or even off another weekend but ckearly took my money.

I truly wish we would’ve rented it any extra day because the kids didn’t want to leave & neither did I. We will definitely be renting this property again. The house was perfect & exactly as it was described, which was pleasantly surprising. I absolutely loved the kitchen & the amount of cooking utensils/cookware provided. It was perfect for cooking meals with plenty of room for us & all 4 kids. The hot tub was an added bonus, especially after hiking all day. The team was very efficient. I received my rental agreement quickly & received a response that it had been received when I emailed it back. We had a problem with our kitchen sink during our stay. I called & just as promised, someone was there to take care of it within the hour....exceptional customer service!

Wonderful house!!!! Plenty of spacious rooms. Washer, Dryer and dishwasher. Lots of pot and pans with a large variety of kitchen utensils. The most comfortable couch EVER!! My teenage boys took turn sleeping there at night. Lots of blankets and extra bedding. The pond is nice. Not able to swim in it but the view was pretty. Watching and listening to the frogs was peaceful. The dinning room table was big and pleanty of room to move around. A nice variety of games, movies and music was enjoyed. There is a sky light in the upstairs with a small bed which made star gazing wonderful! We did not want to leave. And will keep it in mind for future get always!

Also, the WiFi password was incorrect in the welcome letter and in the binder the house had in it. The WiFi is on the router/modem. Another great stay with you all. See ya next year! Great experience all around. Both check in and check out were pleasant experiences and friendly staff!

Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. :) The fireplace/living room was very cozy. And the kitchen was awesome! Your team was sooo nice, helpful, responsive! The kitchen was stocked well with utensils/pots and pans and small appliances and even had salt and pepper and spices although we had brought our own. The inside of the house was nice and cozy. There were large black ants in the kitchen, couldn't figure out where they were coming from, meant to buy a Terra trap but forgot. Could not get deadbolt to lock and both door knobs are very touchy. I also did not put the towels we washed on Sunday morning in the dryer as stated on the check out paper because that is a fire hazard, just won't do that. I would stay there again however, great location and privacy. n/a

Very nice house and property- the photos don't do it justice. While the house as a whole could use a little TLC and updating, there were many updates not shown in website photos- such as new deck flooring, updated televisions, appliances, etc. VERY clean property. Would have liked the ability to actually watch the nice LCD televisions in the bedrooms, but they had no connections to the satellite system provided in the living room, nor any other antenna or cable abilities- basically just TVs plugged into the walls. Wi-fi was also a bit sporadic at times. Those two issues are the ONLY issues I can determine in regards to our stay. We had a WONDERFUL time and would not hesitate to stay in the same house again; in fact, we plan to next year :) Very friendly and helpful.
