House is NOT 300 steps to the beach! I rented because of description as I have issues with my legs. I suffered all week having to walk so far. House is in need of minor repairs. Only real good thing was it was conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean. We would stay there again, for sure. Guess I misunderstood because I thought Sheets were included. The chairs for the beach could be better and the pocket door to the bathroom didn’t work well. I highly recommend this house.

We did cut through a development to get to the public beach access which I’m not sure was allowed. The only negative was the bathrooms. The master bathroom shower was gross and small. Definitely needs to be replaced.

Availability great, sparse house in need of upgrades

It was a clean property with an awesome outdoor shower. Could use more beachy decor and furniture. Listing said 300 feet to beach but was definitely much more. Between 12-5 on Thursday someone was in the house. Garbage bags under sink were missing and dog poop was all over the bottom 2 stairs on deck. Dryer broke last day, wouldn't heat up any more. Overall was a nice property but listing was a little deceaving.

Cleaning left a lot to to desired. Dirty dishes, stains on chair fabric, duck tape used for a tear in chair. Obviously they do not dust inside the house. Still had old used Q-tips in bottom of bathroom trash can.

Use the beach access on E Tides, it’s much closer than the Ida st access. House had all the essentials. Coffee filters, cookware, silverware, and the welcome package was handy too. Hope to come again soon!

Great week at the beach

The house was clean and comfortable for our family group. The location is good, although the short walk to the beach with gear may feel long for younger kids (not an issue for us). The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.

Cozy house very clean

We enjoyed our stay overall. While the property is situated 300 yards from the beach, access to the beach was not convenient. May not be an ideal place for those with younger children. The house was nice and clean and the staff were all very pleasant and responsive

Nice clean house as advertised. Living room is larger than the pictures show.. Fairly quiet neighborhood and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Only small complaint is the tv as there is no cable (just Roku, Netflix) and the Roku remote in the bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t work. Note: Owner provides sheets despite the contract saying to bring your own (which is fine except we had bought them all beforehand). Would stay there again for sure.

Great location, everything you need

Basic but clean. Excellent location. We really enjoyed staying here and my daughter enjoyed the bunk bed, even though it was just her. Volume up button on Roku tv in kids room was broken, but simply used one from living room.

Clean and nice family house

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was clean and was a 5 minute walk to the closest public beach. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The only small disappointment was we thought we would have private beach access but the public beach was perfect, close enough and not crowded at all.
