Beautiful house on the bay so close to everything on the Outer Banks. It was the perfect place to come back and relax after our daily adventures. We didn’t want to leave!

As always, our stay in this charming cottage was delightful! The master bath has been updated since our last stay. This fits the bill perfectly for our family of four, and we look forward to visiting each time we are in OBX. Virginia is easy to communicate with and responds promptly.

Another great stay!

This was our third time staying at Broadbay Getaway, and we experienced another wonderful week. The home is close to our friends in the neighborhood and right next door to the friendly, responsive owners. We had everything we needed and look forward to returning!

Happy family retreat

The condo was perfect for a small family (parents and 3-4 kids). Beds were comfy, kitchen had ample k-cups and spices. Kayak and fishing rods provided. Perfectly situated with balcony overlooking canal. Close to beaches but still relaxing and away from hub bub of city life.

Excellent Place and Convenient

This was a nice little house and very convenient to places. The host was very communicative and explained everything to us about check in. We were even able to check in earlier which was nice!
