Gran casa de 3 dormitorios frente al canal ubicado en los Outer Banks de Carolina del Norte. Sólo cuatro millas a la playa con una casa de baños. Es en una comunidad cerrada privada, y tiene una reina, y dos dormitorios completos. Fabuloso gran terraza exterior, con parrilla de gas con vistas al canal. As always, our stay in this charming cottage was delightful! The master bath has been updated since our last stay. This fits the bill perfectly for our family of four, and we look forward to visiting each time we are in OBX. Virginia is easy to communicate with and responds promptly.

This house has everything you need. All you need to do is bring your food to cook. The house is fully loaded and super clean . So clean we didn't have to worry about our grandson crawling around. You can crab, fish, paddle boat or ride the kayak. Your coffee will taste better when setting on the deck overlooking the canal watching the fish jump and listening to the birds chirp. The host is super nice and goes above and beyond for you.

Beautiful house on the bay so close to everything on the Outer Banks. It was the perfect place to come back and relax after our daily adventures. We didn’t want to leave!

Happy family retreat

The condo was perfect for a small family (parents and 3-4 kids). Beds were comfy, kitchen had ample k-cups and spices. Kayak and fishing rods provided. Perfectly situated with balcony overlooking canal. Close to beaches but still relaxing and away from hub bub of city life.

Another great stay!

This was our third time staying at Broadbay Getaway, and we experienced another wonderful week. The home is close to our friends in the neighborhood and right next door to the friendly, responsive owners. We had everything we needed and look forward to returning!

well stocked,convenient, and fun.

Broadbay location was just right for our little getaway (just 4 adults), while the extra bed was nice for a quiet place for baby and toddler to nap when other family stopped by! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the backporch was perfect place to enjoy outdoors while still being close to food and drinks inside. The fishing poles, crab traps, paddleboat, and kayaks made it everyone's favorite place to visit for fun before or after the beach. Since we have family in the area, we would stay here again if it's available!

Amazing weekend getaway!

We had such a great time staying at this cute cottage. Fun for all ages. The kids had fun kayaking, catching fish and crabs from the dock. All the extras made this trip so easy to have fun...We brought our own fishing poles, but thought it was great that there was a selection at the house, the provided crab traps were a great surprise for the kids, the beach chairs came in handy and were happy there were life vests. The neighbors were friendly. We ate at the SaltBox Cafe and would highly recommend a visit there too. The host was highly responsive and friendly. Definitely would come here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend :)

A wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is great and well equipped! We love the inland coastal water in the backyard along with paddle boat and the option to use the kayak. We also enjoyed crabbing with the provided crab trap. The location was perfect. It is close to the beach, the Wright brothers, Jockey’s Ridge, and other tourist area and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and communicative to our needs. We couldn’t get the sound to work on the TV and the owner came right over to help us fix it. Overall, we had a pleasant time and definitely recommend this house. We would love to go back in the future.

Fantastic stay!

The house is absolutely adorable. The photos don’t do it justice! The decorations are so happy. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are all comfy. The deck, lawn, dock, patio tables are all fantastic. The area is quiet, but you can easily get to the fun parts and easily access the beach. We didn’t go to the community pool, but super fun that it was an option. The peddle boat was a fun and hilarious adventure for the kids! Thank you for a great stay! Virginia, thanks for texting with me for all my questions. You were an amazing host and have a lovely home!

Peaceful

Great location on the canal. Only 1 tv in living room no towels/wash clothes provided. Virginia was great host and informative prior to packing and driving 11 hours Look forward to returning.

We choose this neighborhood because of all the amenities it has to offer. It's a gated community with a boat ramp, club house, and community pool. It is located in a good setting and is close to the beach, shopping, and great places to eat, and visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home has a great view of the canal. It is very private, and you can even dock your boat out back in the canal for that great fishing trip, or a relaxing cruise through the canals. You can fish and catch crabs right off the dock in the canal. We have a community pool with a beach area on the sound.
