Istrian Guest house ILLY

Istrian guest house »ILLY«, which can accommodate eight people, is located in Kaštel, a small village in Croatia, 12 km from Umag. The nearest beach, Kanegra, is only 6 km away from the house. Kaštel is a good starting point for trips along Istria, wine paths and its wine cellars, olive tree plantations and a wide range of cycle lanes. In the vicinity, there are many well-known Istrian resaturants so called »konoba«, boasting with top quality Istrian cuisine and wines. It is the most attractive point of the Istrian peninsula beacuse of the quick access to some important towns and cities such as Portorož and Koper in Slovenia , Triest in Italy, and Rijeka and Pula in Croatia.
ILLY guest house is built in an enclosed private area of about 550 m2. It comprises a swimming pool, covered terrace, garden with furniture, deckchairs, and a barbacue grill, a garage, a parking lot. The house area is about 200 m2. The house with two entrances is neatly arranged, bright, spacious and fully furnished. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room leading to the terrace and swimming pool of 24 m2, the depth 145 cm. The first floor contains a kitchen with a dining room leading to the terrace, a living room, two bedrooms, a fitness room, a bathroom. Both floors can be either connected or two separate units.
The owners live on the property, but in a separete area and they are always available to help and advise.
