It is 10 minutes from Florianópolis center and Florianópolis Convention Center, CentroSul.
. My space is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
The apartment is very well located both for those who want to know the beaches of the island of Florianopólis, and for those who want to know the nearby beaches such as Palmas beach in Governador Celso Ramos, Guarda do Embaú among others.
