Fantastic Luxury Apartment located right beside the river at the Ha'Penny Bridge, Serenity in the City, Close to everything, yet so peaceful, have a great nights sleep and still be 5 minutes from Temple Bar.
Top spec apartment recently remodeled, new kitchen, bathroom and all new furniture and appliances. Flexible check in times for early flight arrivals.
3 minutes from Airport bus stop

Fantastic ground floor, Two bedroom, One bathroom apartment.
Direct access to the fabulous interior gardens.
The apartment is right in the center of the city, yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and tranquil the apartment and the interior gardens are. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden.
The apartment complex was built in 1995, they saved the Victorian facades of all the old buildings on the river quays and built modern apartments behind.
This apartment is decorated and furnished to a five star standard, and you will love staying here.
Hundreds of restaurants, bars and stores are all directly outside the apartment, small supermarket on the corner of the complex and Tesco, Marks & Spencer’s are 5 minutes away
Getting Around:
Bus stops and the Luas (Trams) are all right outside the apartment.
The airport bus stop 3 minute walk.
A great way to see Dublin is on a Bike!!
Dublin Bikes station 5 minutes away on Strand Street, Bikes are really cheap and you can drop them off at any Dublin Bikes location in the city, only 50 cents for 30 mins.
You can also rent a car by the hour or by the day with GO CAR, there is GO CAR location close by.

Other Things to Note:
Two bedrooms: King bed in master bedroom and two Bunk beds in the second bedroom. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ALL OKAY WITH THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, ONE KING SIZE BED AND TWO BUNK BEDS, I AM 6.1 ft (185m) TALL AND I HAVE SLEPT IN THE BUNK BEDS AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE.

Our stay was AMAZING! The location is near everything! Paul was a great host, providing ample information on how to get in from the airport, all the sights in the area and restaurant suggestions. We stayed in Dublin for 2 nights last week. The property is just as described. Is small, but if you are in Ireland, you aren't there to hang out in your apartment, you are there to explore. We were gone most of the time and returned for bed only. Easily accessible and easy walk over the river to Temple Bar area.

Perfect location

The apartment is very neat and clean. Nicely decorated and just right for myself and my granddaughter. We spent a week in Dublin and this apartment was perfect. Instructions for Check in and getting the keys is easy to follow. The courtyard is nice. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere.

Location was good - close to a lot of amenities. Very clean and updated. Check in instructions were very detailed, which was good because it was somewhat complex. It was quiet considering it was right downtown. Contemporary furnishings. Kitchen stocked well. Bedrooms were tiny - a bit cramped for 4 adults. Better suited for a couple of adults and kids as very little room in second bedroom. Perfect location.

We loved our stay at Paul’s apartment on Bachelor’s Walk. Video gave all info needed for an easy check in. Enjoyed our walks to Trinity College, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Guinness Warehouse and lunch at Davy Bryne’s Pub. Would definitely stay here again.

I used to own and manage a travel agency, Debbie is a relocation specialist, she helps executives moving to San Francisco, so she is an expert on the city.

We have both visited over 70 countries and have stayed in tons of hotels and vacation apartments. We have stayed in good vacation and fantastic vacation apartments. We like to think our two San Francisco vacation apartments and our Dublin Holiday apartment are all in the "Fantastic" range. We are very happy that we have never had a negative review.
We absolutely love San Francisco and Dublin and like to share recommendations on our favorite restaurants and places to see etc.

Why they chose this property

I bought this fantastic apartment in 1995, it has been rented to the same tenant for the past 14 years, now that my daughters are attending Trinity College, we decided that we would totally remodel the apartment and use it when we visit Dublin 2 or 3 times a year.
And rent it to tourists the rest of the time.

What makes this property unique

The location does not get any better than this. The apartment is minutes from O'Connell street, Temple Bar. Trinity College, The GPO, Grafton Street.
The Apartment complex includes lots of shops, a hair salon, a supermarket and several cafes. A few minutes walk to Dunne's supermarket, Tesco and Marks and Spencers supermarkets and the Jervis shopping center.
