While only 5 minute drive from the town of Richmond, Agnes Banks maintains a rural residential character and is home to a charming, fully self-contained holiday haven. It offers a peaceful and relaxing escape. Use it as a perfect base to discover the historic towns of Hawkesbury and the breath taking Blue Mountains where you will see The Three Sisters'

I will include some personal photos taken recently of the Three Sister's and a wonderful moment experiencing a Pink Moon. Also the Sydney Zoo which I would definitely recommend, and is only 20 minutes away (photo's are shown with consent of the guests)

Richmond offers the perfect blend of convenience and accessibility. You’ll be just 5 minutes drive from Richmond Shops, Cafes, Polo Clubs, University and RAAF Base. You can enjoy an easy run into Penrith. Plus Sydney Airport is a 55 minutes drive and Katoomba is just 40 minute away - traffic permitting

Sandy's Place is the ideal accommodation for Families, Corporate and Blue Collar Workers' . With Unlimited Wifi. It is in a family friendly cul de sac and offers privacy and in safe and secure surroundings.

It boasts of being a lovely 2 bedroom with 3 very comfortable beds exceptional linens and block out curtains for that perfect nights sleep. Everything has been done and provided with the comfort of my guests in mind

If you enjoy peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. Take an early morning stroll - then head back home for a delicious cup of coffee, a nice selection is provided. Or if your preference is tea, a nice selection of tea is also provided Or cook up a breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or a short drive away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch. Supplies are not replenished during your stay and food is not provided

The Master bedroom is stylish and comfortable. (see photos) It also has a television and an armchair to offer you, your own private space. With a ceiling fan for added comfort on those hot days. Dressing gowns are also provided.

The second bedroom is also one of my favourite rooms (see photos) it has been restyled to give a touch of luxury. It has 2 comfortable single beds. Blackout curtains are perfect for that good nights sleep. Ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobe and adult dressing gowns.

The lounge room has a television with Chromecast to enable you to login to your Netflix account and stream movies etc great entertainment to keep the children or adults amused. Own Modem with unlimited WiFi. For extra comfort it has a new ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioner which can be controlled remotely

In the bathroom is a double head shower. Supplies include ; toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, skin lotion, face cloths and towels, bathmats, tissues and a hairdryer.. So there is no need to pack these items. Please keep in mind supplies are Not Replenished during your stay.

The laundry has a washing machine, washing liquid and fabric softener and a pantry with essential items and the coffee station. Food is not included. A dryer is available

To protect yourself against cancellation please consider travel insurance as my cancellation policy is Firm

It is advisable to get travel insurance in case of cancellation

'Strictly No Smoking' inside Home and no illegal substances and no drunken behaviour. You will be asked to leave if any of these rules are broken.

DISCLOSURE: There is a Ucocare doorbell on the guest gate and a camera facing the street. There are NO cameras anywhere on or inside the property .

NO loud noise or parties. Quiet time on or before 10pm

Photo ID is required before check-in (Not a group photo). The person providing the photo ID and making the booking is responsible for the other guests and any damages and theft
