Ubicada en Beautiful Sparks Marina, esta casa frente al agua consta de un gran salón con techos abovedados y grandes ventanales con impresionantes vistas de la Marina desde todos los ángulos. Hay cinco dormitorios y dos baños y medio. La cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades.
El exterior ofrece vistas despejadas de Sparks Marina desde el patio de concreto teñido rodeado de cercas de vidrio para esas hermosas mañanas y tardes de Nevada.

Host was excellent. She checked to make sure everything was going ok. Arrived earlier than expected and was able to do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Location was perfect. Very roomy and spacious. Will accommodate a lot of people. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house met our expectations and more. The beautiful view of the marina and mountains was so serene. The location was perfect for the Nugget Rib Cook off. It was very hot in the day and we brought our own pop up to shade us from the intense heat. We would highly recommend and / or re-book this location. Thanks Renae

Annual Family Vacation

This house is absolutely beautiful and quite comfortable with one of the best stocked kitchens in any rental we've ever used. There is a spectacular view of the marina from the back patio. It is in a prime location close to about any amenity you could imagine. Renae is a great host, easy to communicate with and has a quick response time to questions. The entire family agrees we would gladly stay here again.

Worst experience we have ever had with VRBO Rental.

House is an awesome check in was easy. First night we came home late and heater would not work we slept in the house was 53 degrees in there freezing with small children. I reached out to property owner and she was ok this first time she came over around 12 while we were leaving and messaged me that it was fixed. So at 5pm I sent one of the other people staying in our house to make sure the heater was working so we didn’t have another night like last night. He went over said it’s still not working. I messaged her she came right over drunk and belligerent. Our friend was showing her on thermostat how wasn’t working she slapped his hand and said this is all your guys fault you broke it and went crazy on him! He left and she started calling me over and over I sent my wife over to get our stuff out of the house and book a hotel. There was a heater ac repair man that showed up and said her system is 18 years old and completely broke and needed replaced. She did refund us and then continued to call me leaving drunken voicemails and mad I didn’t say thank your for the refund. We stay in VEBO homes few times a year for 10 years now and this was only experience we have ever had like this.

Beautiful home

Beautiful convenient home. Very accommodating for my party. I would recommend having less bunk beds and more queen/full size beds. The bunks were hard to accommodate adults. The kitchen was furnished perfectly. The owner and property manager were very attentive to our concerns. I would recommend this property for big family/friend vacations

Excellent Location and Property

Three families stayed here for a tournament in the area. The house was perfect size and excellent location. The kids fished in the harbour and the running path was perfect for early morning runs! Close to shopping and dining and not far at all from the Convention Center- close enough but out of the huddle and bustle of downtown Reno. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay!

Renae - the host was very approachable and accommodating. We arrived on Thanksgiving day, and she always made sure that we got into the house safely and found everything we need. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the morning walk around the beautiful lake so much. The house is clean, and the kitchen have plenty of bowls and dish for our family of 15 people. The only thing would be improved was the triple bunk bed. they’re a little tiny (virtually), and some of us end up sleep on the sofa or air bed. But again, the property is beautiful, highly recommended.

Great property and host!

Perfect location and responsive host! Very clean and beautiful but with two adult couples in mid 50’s, just know that the bed situation is better suited for young people. We knew this going in and didn’t care. Very nice- we’ll be back!

Property was at a great location , easy access to food and shopping. Owner was very responsive and the home was very clean and everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful property with amazing view.

We loved location of the house, it backs up right to the Marina, you are only few steps away from the water, minutes away from the outlet malls, close to the casinos and 25 min away from Mt. Rose ski resort. House is very spacious with plenty of sleeping space and entertainment space and was also very clean. We can’t say enough about out host Renae she was great, we will definitely come back….

Perfect location for a leisure stay

Our stay was very comfortable at the property, kids found toys to play and for adults there is a good 2.5 mile loop for walk around the neighborhood. Shopping mall is in walking distance and girls had good time. Overall nice stay here amid snow storm this Christmas.
