For the safety of our guests and property, there are 2 exterior security cameras:
One facing the front entrance
One facing the driveway
There are no cameras inside the home, and the cameras do not monitor any private indoor spaces.

Quiet hours are from 9pm – 9am each day.
- No parties or events (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood). No more visitors than what's on the reservation at any given time without approval. Approved visitors must leave before quiet hours commence. Unauthorized guest will result in a $150 fee per person per day.

Comfortable house

The house was just as it was listed. Cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

The bed linens had animal hair and fuzz on them. The furniture was in poor condition; stained and torn. The house smelled like pets live there.

Why the need to lie? I’m pretty new to hosting on Vrbo, which means all my linens are new, and I just bought the duvet covers, you were actually the first to use them. So it’s impossible for there to be any pet hair, especially since I don’t live there and my listing is not pet-friendly. Everything was clean and in great condition when you checked in. The only issue that occurred was caused by you entering the wrong property at first.

Clean older home that has had a few upgrades and some repairs, some of which looked like a work in progress. Host responded to my messages promptly. A couple things to note for future guests are that the “air conditioner” is a loud swamp cooler for the whole house and fans in each bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms were warm, even with outside temps less than triple digits. This house posed some obstacles for us as we were traveling with my 79-year-old mother. Steps to front door were halfway expected, but the bath/showers are deep with a big step in and out, with glass sliding doors. This was all fine for regular adults, but not good for elderly guests.

Not worth the price . House slept 8, but it was not comfortable for 7 . The sectional couch was small , only fit 6 adults elbow to elbow. Ottoman coffee table was a mismatch , fall hazard, not enough room to walk between couch and coffee table . The oven was dirty and smoked up the kitchen every time we used it. Two bedrooms had sloping ceilings and we bumped our heads on them multiple times. The house was clean, but a bit dingy. The back yard was depressing. There was a dilapidated chicken coop, there was a broken deck board and overall the back yard was ugly. The kitchen table had damage, the kitchen chairs needed more foam and they sunk when you sat in them. There were a lot of cosmetic dings throughout the house. The shower handle fell off, the kitchen tile was stapled to the wall. Not enough living room seating. There was a weird office chair in the living room and a treadmill in the kitchen/ dining area. One of the bedroom TV’s did not work. The paint on the doors was uneven, There was some splatter on the back porch deck. The yard and backyard were somewhat unkept. The rugs in the bedroom were fall hazards and I slipped on one in the middle of the night. We travel a lot with at least 6 adults and this was by far the saddest, most uncomfortable VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house photos are deceiving . We took out garbage out and we followed the rules . The beds were comfortable , sheets and bedding were clean. The air conditioning and heat worked well,

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, the linens clean, and that the AC and heating worked well. I do want to clarify a few points for accuracy. The home is set up with three king beds and one queen bed, which comfortably accommodates 8 guests, in addition to a large sofa bed. Many groups have stayed comfortably within this capacity. Regarding the layout, the ottoman was intentionally placed to balance the space, and I specifically chose a different color so it wouldn’t match the couch and make everything look too uniform. It can also be easily moved if preferred to create more walking space. The sloped ceilings are clearly visible and the beds are positioned on the opposite side, so there is generally no need to walk directly under them. The oven was cleaned prior to your stay; however, it can begin to smoke if food residue accumulates and continues to be used without cleaning during the stay. I appreciate you pointing out the chicken coop and a few maintenance concerns. The coop was never in use and will be removed, and I will address the TV and other items mentioned. As for the photos, they were taken professionally and accurately reflect the space. That said, I’m always open to improving the guest experience and will continue making updates where needed.
