*This suite is the most favorite place in EMAM - tranquil space, fresh air, full natural light, breeze and WHOLE VIEW OF FLOWER VALLEY.
This room ensures the spacious (area = 28sqm) located on 5th floor and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - private hall entrance, air condition and comfortable queen-sized bed with a spring mattress topped by sateen sheet set which is soft, cooling and friction-avoiding fabrics. Bathroom is shared with a room on the same floor.

Therefore, the idea of meeting basic requirements such as accommodation, contact assistance, transportation support, safe shelter, etc….has been came up.
***Located on the beside of the beautiful Ho Tay flower valley which has plenty kind of flowers with the size of 7000 ha.
***The ideal location for relaxing, enjoying your vacation, or freelancer working from country to country. There is a quiet space and natural fresh air, neatly designed and maximizes the light into the rooms. Step outside just only 500m to West lake - the largest lake of the capital.
*** Our house named EMAM - with total 5 floors and around 1000 sqm will provide you the best experience ever for your travelling and working.
***Note: Surrounded by nature so we are warning about the sound of insects at night and early morning.

2. Living room with 9 super comfortable, colorful sofa for 20 people (photos) & latest smart TV with NETFLIX

*** 24/7 customer service, in case you go out late just leave us a message or make a note.

*** Cooking class: daily cooking class (6 dishes - $30 to $35/ pax/ 3 hours) and customized options
*** Non-profit student tour ($9 with 20-must-see-places/ pax / 3 hours) with local students and having a wonderful experience getting around by motorbike which does not spend for who is funky).
