This condo is fabulous.

Unlike some of my past rentals, in this instance, I received exactly what was promised. First, the spacious condo was immaculate (my number one priority). Location was safe, quiet and ideal for walking… located between Scottsdale Old Town and Fashion Square. It had an abundance of cooking utensils and amenities for the kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer with Tide (my favorite), plus dryer sheets. A spacious patio on the ground level opens to the street… I usually parked there instead of the underground garage because it was so convenient. There’s a security system on the patio door, so no worries. And the work-out room has first class weight machines, etc. Didn’t use the pool because it’s too cool in January, but imagine it would be perfect when it warms up. Had a few very minor issues when I first got there, but Angela took care of them immediately… you couldn’t ask for a better host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful loft in excellent location

I really enjoyed my stay at Jon’s loft. I stayed for seven weeks from early January through the end of February. Jon is an outstanding host who is eager to please. For example Jon upgraded internet capability early in my stay. He also provided an additional cleaning free of charge given I was staying for almost two months. Below are the main things I really liked about this loft: 1. Outstanding location. You can walk everywhere in the Old Town core and easily walk to Fashion Square. 2. Very clean apartment and building facility. 3. Very comfortable king-sized bed and sofa-bed, with enough space for short-term guests. 4. Very nice pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and gym. The building amenities are excellent, and include two garage parking spaces. 5. The loft has an Apple Home Pod that can accommodate an iPhone or other Apple devices. 6. All TVs are connected to Apple TV and you can log into your own personal apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. 7. Responsive and likable host. I can’t say enough good things about Jon and his desire to insure I enjoyed my stay. While this is an outstanding place, there are a few items I did not prefer due to my own personal preferences. They include: 1. The pool deck does not get much sunlight during January and the first half of February. I wish I knew this. During the last half of February the pool deck did get more sunlight. 2. The loft does not get as much natural sunlight for my liking. The loft is located near an interior corner. There is only one bank of windows which is opposite a covered balcony. 3. Note that this is an open loft and not a two bedroom apartment. Privacy can be an issue if you have overnight guests 4. The pool and spa was unexpectedly closed for cleaning and maintenance during the last week of February. I was disappointed as I came to Scottsdale to escape winter and spend time around the pool. Overall this is an excellent loft and Jon is an outstanding host. There were some issues given my personal preferences but on the whole it’s an outstanding property.

Good stay

We really appreciated the host letting us check in early. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more blankets as it was cold and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heater on. Found some blankets the second night in the living room ottoman. There were plenty of bath towels and dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Everything we needed for our family Thanksgiving. Overall a nice stay.
