Hi Carol, Thank you for your feedback. The toilet seat will be repaired. This was not brought to our attention during your stay, otherwise we would have addressed it right away. Our listing clearly notes that we do not offer cable TV, only streaming services built into the TV. For specific games or events, we recommend guests log into their own streaming accounts or visit one of the many local spots on the island that show live sports. Regarding check-in, we send access information one hour prior to arrival. This allows us to ensure the home is fully cleaned, inspected, and ready. We’ve found this timing helps prevent early arrivals during active cleanings, which can disrupt preparation. Parking passes are also issued at check-in and are valid through the duration of the stay. These procedures are standard for many properties on the island and help us maintain a smooth and well-prepared experience for each guest.
