Ultra modern home built in 2018 in the heart of Rancho Santana, this unique home sits above it all in on 4 acres of serene privacy, designed by international award winning architect Dorel Ramirez. Casa Pura Vista has views from every perch, with attention to every design detail including an infinity pool, outdoor shower, and plenty of living space to feel as though you are staying in a modern day castle with acres of undeveloped foliage leading to the world's finest private surfing, swimming, and paddling beaches.

Guests have access to Rancho Santana facilities including their restaurants, clubhouse pools, and all beaches. This home is not part of Rancho Santana’s Rental Program. However, resort fees are included in rental rates, and guests will have access to full offering of Rancho Santana’s resort amenities and services. Register with the concierge and participate in their many programs, including a spa, gym, Kids Club activities, surf lessons, paddleboard lessons, horseback riding, fishing, yoga and art therapy in an environment almost as beautiful as our home. The house comes with a house manager originally from Florida, a staff for cleaning the pool and house (if requested) as well as a cook (optional). We will make it easy on you, from picking guests up at the airport, helping you shop for groceries, and delivering you to the doorstep of one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring homes on earth. Our house manager is also available to help you book activities.

Rancho Santana is spread out. So even if a house is near the water, it is still likely a drive to get to the water, as many homes sit atop steep cliffs. If you are looking for privacy, and the convenience of picking between 4 outstanding beaches, our home is for you. A 4 wheel rental car is highly advised for all properties on Rancho Santana.

Bella Vista is one of several areas in Rancho Santana. It is known for its sweeping views, privacy, and upscale homes. Rancho Santana is gated, safe, and has every amenity world class travelers would expect from a resort. There are also many fine restaurants and sites outside the gates, including Magnificent Rock, Ometepe, and Popoyo.

You rent the car, preferably 4 wheel drive, and our driver will meet you and take you to the property.

Amazing stay

The home is beautiful, with uninterrupted views to the beach from the living room, kitchen, deck, pool, everywhere! Completely secluded yet an 8-10 min drive to the beaches and main clubhouse. Property manager was responsive for a minor issue we had (hornets nest which needed to be taken down) and flexible with our logistics. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking. The property looks exactly like the photos. The house was extremely clean. Property manager was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. This house had the comforts of being right at home.

Why they chose this property

I waited 8 years before beginning construction on this property in 2015. It took time to find the perfect architect, and time to build a house that fits perfectly into a steep hill, providing unobstructed views from every nook in the compound. A master suite offers secluded privacy from the main house, which sports 2 bedrooms perfect for a family of 5 with 3 children. The wide open living area, protected outdoor areas, and massive plot offer both serenity and beauty. Even though the development has hundreds of homes within its property, one can make out only the lights at night of other homes far into the horizon.

What makes this property unique

Internationally renowned architect (winner of the Latin American architecture award for a home built into a mountain in Mexico City) who deftly created a home that takes advantage of perhaps the best view in Rancho Santana. Built on 2 adjoining 2 acre lots and on a private road, there is plenty of space between you and the nearest neighbor. Though not far enough away that you would feel isolated. First class concierge service, horseback riding, Kids Clubs, first class restaurants on the Rancho Santana property as well as communal pools with waiter service, lap pool, spa, 5 unique beaches for surfing, strolling, paddling, or swimming, Rancho Santana has it all. And Casa Pura Vista offers the solitude and a social atmosphere. But you get to choose when and where to chill, on your terms.
