Great Property Near Universal Studios

We stayed at the property in December 2023. The property was spacious, clean and close to Orlando’s main attractions. We would gladly stay there again on our next visit to Orlando.

Mr.

Great location, will definitely stay again. Rates for so much better than staying on any of the Disney properties with three times the space.

Incredible 2nd stay

We loved staying at this location for a 2nd time. The host is responsive and incredibly kind. The space is warm and comfortable and the location is perfect, we came for a convention that we worked at and after a very long day it was incredible to be able to come to a place that felt like home

Perfect alternative to hotels for Universal/Disney

We had a great stay at this property. Very safe, clean, and well appointed. Check in and out was so easy. Beds were comfy. This is so much better than staying in a hotel! Only complaint would be that they need more bath towels.

Great space, very nicely done

Lin went above and beyond overcoming issues with our foreign currency, as well as holding a package we had sent ahead on our trip. Great agent, very nice spot!

Great, clean location & peaceful setting!

My friends & I enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable property. The location was very handy and close to many restaurants and places to visit. The beds were comfortable, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the view from the porch. The only things we thought could be helpful were hooks on the door for multiple towels and mirrors close to plugs in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again though!

Great condo near the convention center!

We spent nearly a week at this unit near the convention center and felt very comfortable. The layout was great and gave everyone privacy, having a large kitchen and washer/dryer was excellent and we loved quiet lake view. The owners were responsive and helpful. The closest shopping area has a Publix, a diner, a burger place, and a pizza place (NYPD) that were very convenient.

February 2023

Very clean and well-appointed property. Photos accurately depicted current condition. In and out process seamless. Being a cook, I would suggest an updating on pans - specifically a few larger saute pans and oven dishes. Overall, a great place. This will be first on our list for our next visit to Orlando.

Quick Response

We were experiencing a a unit that would not cool. It was addressed within 15 mins of placing the call to management. They didn’t stop until it was fixed. And we could not be more appreciative.

Spacious family villa walkable to the Convention Center

This is a brightly lit corner villa, well-appointed for those travelling with families, ( e.g. high chair in the laundry room), and tastefully decorated. It was an ideal location for business at the Convention Center while the rest of the family enjoyed other Orlando sights. The sunsets from your patio were memorable. Thank you

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely, large, and nicely furnished.. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The pool area was great fun, and the arcade room kept the kids busy on rainy afternoons. I would recommend for families traveling to Orlando.
