Excellent property.

Super cute space with everything you need. Laundry, full kitchen etc. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the convention center and airport. Thank you for a great stay!

First day there, a police officer knocked on the door and said I was staying at an illegal VRBO and now that I am aware, I could be fined. Security gate personnel also were very sketchy and skeptical each time we drove through the gate, so we felt unsafe the whole time. Owner did not confirm he had the correct paperwork.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m truly sorry that your arrival experience caused you to feel uncomfortable. I want to clarify that the community is actually one of the safest neighborhoods in the area. The security guards are very thorough and require identification from everyone entering the community. While this can sometimes feel inconvenient, their diligence is intended to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. The property management has also recently implemented an improved system to make reentry smoother. Regarding the visit from the code enforcement officer, there was a misunderstanding. The officer had the wrong unit number—this property is a properly permitted short-term rental (STR) and is fully compliant. I sincerely apologize again that the situation affected your level of comfort during your stay. As shared previously, I extended a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Your peace of mind is important to me, and I appreciate you bringing your concerns forward.

The screened in porch overlooked a pond with a fountain . It had nice comfortable chairs and was peaceful and relaxing. Close to airport, shopping and restaurants.

Quiet and close to the interstate for easy travel around town. The condo is beautifully decorated and relaxing while sitting on the patio listening to the fountain below. Great spot to spend the weekend!

Great Place to Stay!

We spent 8 nights at this property. It was very clean and well, appointed. Everything we needed was there. Including an air-fryer. Beds are comfortable and the screen balcony was a real treat. I watched all the wildlife around the pond. Nicely, but simply decorated. Should be called the Orchid Retreat for the orchid theme throughout.

Nice spot

Everything is 1/2 hour away! Charleston has limited roads so plan accordingly. The price was right. Loved the 2nd level screen porch and pond.

Great Value

This property is very nice. Ckean comfortable and close to grocery stores and airport. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The property owner is very responsive and helpful.

Well-priced and comfortable condo

Quiet property in a condo neighborhood in North Charleston. We appreciated that it was affordable for a four-night stay to see things in and around the Charleston area. Grocery store was close by. Other than a too-soft-for-me mattress, we were very pleased. Communication with owner/host was very good.

Weekend getaway

Beds were comfortable and screened in porch was very nice place to relax. This condo definitely needs an overhaul. Sliding door didn't lock and dishwasher didn't work. Communication with host was excellent.

North Charlestown

Very nice two bedroom upper unit in a gated community. About 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown. TV and Internet worked well. Has a nice screened in balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Clean, safe, and in wooded community...very nice. Condo nicely decorated and mattresses are A . The condo is old and shows on the walls which need a good skim coat and most interior doors need to be replaced. Otherwise, very nice. We are picky and would stay here again. The location and comfort for the price is great.

Very nice property

We loved the screened in balcony! Perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Large capacity washer and dryer. Shower faucet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Modern living room space. Couple minor issues like touchless trashcan needed batteries and a panel from blinds in the balcony door kept wanting to fall off. Otherwise a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay!
